In trying to work out the issue, he asked I return ship it to him, but did not reimburse my shipping costs (cost $53 to return ship this big heavy switch) even though it was 100% HIS error. I know we all make mistakes, but William took zero accountability for this issue, and despite my purchase being done in good faith, he took took advantage of my purchase not being local, and avoided all communication. So, when he gets a zero when it comes to integrity, business ethics and a zero when it comes to customer service.

After all, this is meant to be a thrift store and all the items for sale are donated. It just feels like a bummer finding pants that fit you and flipping the tag over to see it's $32 despite having dog hairs on it and having a stain. I also thing it's jut over the top to include a 25¢ transaction fee too, no matter if you're paying with cash or card as if the clothes aren't already marked up. I do like that there's 50% off on certain days, and I will say probably 75% of the clothing feels appropriately marked but the GOOD clothing can be costly. Don't think i'd really visit again moving forward, but if you have a good budget range and are lookin for jackets, shoes, scarfs, homeware, etc. this is your spot!
