It is served with chicken broth, which you will definitely understand should you decide to eat mofongo without it (plantains, unlike bananas, will dry you out). As for the million dollar question? The lechon asado was flavorful (but of course no crunchy skin) and the yellow rice was good as well. My wife's sandwich, however, was a disappointment!
