Every time I've confronted them, they've refunded the money--but only after I caught it myself. The most recent visit was the worst. We were a party of two, yet they automatically added a 20% gratuity to the bill without making it clear. Then, on top of that, they asked me to leave the tip in cash, without mentioning that a 20% tip had already been added. That's extremely misleading. As for the food, it's very basic and nothing worth going out of your way for. At this point, after three separate incidents, it's hard to believe these are just mistakes. I strongly recommend everyone ask for an itemized bill and review it carefully before paying. Based on my repeated experiences, I would avoid this business altogether.
