Brandon did an amazing, in fact, spectacular wash & wax on my car. If you need/want a car wash with incredible attention to detail, this is it. I guess you get what you pay for, and this is fairly expensive, although not compared to other mobile washers. It's actually quite competitive. For me, it's not something I'd schedule on a regular basis, but I don't think it's designed for that. Perhaps once or twice a year is more like it. It's really nice to work with someone who cares about quality work and is very customer oriented. Very rare nowadays.

Lol! They can dry off the windows and vacuum. This place is economical and you can't beat the price. For $8, I can drive my car through and have it washed and then vacuum it myself and dry off the excess water. I usually only come here when I have time and if not I just take it to a regular expensive ass car wash. My only recommendation is to bring towels because they will charge you for some. Other than that enjoy and have fun.

He genuinely wanted to take care of both me and my car, took the time to answer my questions, and made sure I had the best experience possible. It's rare to find someone who is that friendly, professional, and invested in great customer service. Manny, the manager, was equally fantastic. Between the two of them, they made the entire experience seamless, welcoming, and incredibly easy. I regularly park my car at the airport, and it regularly gets covered in jet fuel residue and grime. I've been through countless car washes, and none of them have gotten my car as clean as Quick Quack did. I was honestly amazed at how spotless it looked afterward. The facility is incredibly convenient, the process is fast and easy, and the level of service is truly comprehensive. Julian and Manny went above and beyond, and it shows that they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. If you're looking for a car wash that combines outstanding customer service with incredible results, I highly recommend Quick Quack Car Wash in Lancaster. I'll definitely be coming back!

These last 3 times have made up my mind and maybe go a little longer without getting a car wash and stressing out. The final straw was the rags... even though they supply them as a courtesy, please wash them properly and dispose of the rags that are full of grease because some people don't understand that they are for drying not to wipe your greasy wheels.
