For me, it's not something I'd schedule on a regular basis, but I don't think it's designed for that. Perhaps once or twice a year is more like it. It's really nice to work with someone who cares about quality work and is very customer oriented. Very rare nowadays.

Short story: no fuckery, no upselling, no corner cutting. They changed my oil, filled my tires, refilled my washer fluid, and washed/vacuumed my car. All this for ten dollars less than I pay in the bay for an oil change with a janky service (no car washing, constant upselling/conning). The folks there were polite, helpful, and I was on my way in my shiny car. Without a doubt, I will be back.
