After contacting him, I deeply regretted having done so for reasons as follows: first he told me he would drive by the property and see what was needed regarding a tiedown certification on a property currently in Escrow. I offered to of course pay him for the service and he said no he does the estimate for free. I said OK great then he later called me and told me he cannot make the appointment until that next day and was angry because the people had a dog and he could not just access the property randomly. I recommended he not try and access the property with the dog in the yard since it is a trained guard dog then he got mad and told me how stupid people are that have dogs like this. Next he texted me at 9:45 at night irate and telling me he does not work for free, and now does not know when he could make the appointment out there because he's just so busy! Then he recommended someone else who I already use anyways . I didn't need his recommendation and I would not go to someone he recommended in the first place (if I did not already have a working relationship with this other person) with his extreme violent outburst to me over the phone and via text message. I'd recommend people stay away from him. He is nice one minute and completely psycho the next. Plus he books an appointment and after you jump through hoops to confirm it he becomes a no-show. I was forced to block his number because he would not stop harassing me. My husband was not happy nor was I with this type of behavior especially from a so called professional in the field.

I needed a state housing inspection for an older mobile home that included a permit and fee, a check for natural gas leaks and electrical connections at the fuse box. Derek needed to find a leak, update connections at the fuse box and coordinate his visits with the state inspector on more than one occasion. He spent many hours at my home and on the phone coordinating the inspections. Then I needed another permit because the state took so long, they required I file again, so he filed for the second permit and even paid the $306 fee for me!!! Unbelievable. He never gave up on getting this project done for me. Derek was always a joy to be around - pleasant, professional, determined to solve the issues that kept arising while taking it all in stride. And for reasons unknown to me, he was also determined not to charge me one penny. That's right. He never charged me aything. I certainly don't expect him to do that very often, but he did it for me. Why, I don't know. Maybe he felt sorry for me because the state dragged me through this process for an exhausting 8 months. Undoubtedly he's an extraordinarily generous man. But if anyone else had showed up to do this work they would have charged us at least $1,000 based on the current rate plumbers are charging. I called this company from a referral of a trusted source in our Chino Valley area. I read the…read morenegative reviews but trusted my source and decided to give this company a chance. I was put on the schedule for a septic pumping a month in the future. I called to confirm a week prior to my appointment and was told yes I was on the schedule as planned between 7a-noon. As stated in other reviews, the date showed up and noon hit and no one had showed. I called and confirmed they would be showing up and the receptionist said the driver called out the night before and she was too busy to call me and let me know they weren't coming. She said he would be able to come out the upcoming Monday. Can anybody guess what happened? Nothing, no call, no show...called at noon again to get status and again was told the driver called out again but would be coming the next day, o.k. Guess what, I actually got a call that morning and was informed the driver would be out indefinitely due to personnel issues and they would call back "if" he became available again. No thank you, very frustrated and dissatisfied it was time to move on. As you can see from other reviews they are known to not show up when they say they will. After waiting a month and then an additional week, blocking out 3 different days to deal with this, digging out my septic lids during monsoon season which lead to the holes filling with water and mud daily, and no service provided, this was truly a horrible customer service experience. Most of the other local septic companies are backlogged so this also creates a very big issue in re-scheduling. Do yourself a favor and do business with a more reliable company...I highly recommend Buckaroo Septic, Luke and Mary will take very good care of you!

Our first conversation with Dave was that we should go ahead and purchase the equipment we need and he would do the installation. Over the next month or so we did the research and purchased a water softener, reverse osmosis system and a couple of other items including a new kitchen sink. We made an appointment and Dave came out. Three-steps out of the truck he calls my wife a "cougar" but I let it go. Whatever? Next, he tells me I should not have bought the water softener as there is a better product on the market that he sells. I'm sure he is correct; however, my softener is not returnable. Dave also tells me my Wellmate water pressure take is no longer working, that the bladder is "shot." He can tell this be just "feeling" the tank. He has to rush off and we consider all of this. The next day I text him and ask for a written estimate to do the installation and he DECLINES the work. I the meantime I purchased a replacement Wellmate tank and retained a new plumber (review coming). THE KICKER... MY OLD WELLMATE PRESSURE TANK WAS JUST FINE! It just needed to be re-pressurized.
