I had no experience at all with septic tanks before I bought my house in Prescott, and out of a complete lack of knowledge I pretty much have ignored it for the last three years. Well, a few days ago our sinks started to drain very slowly, and there was leakage out of the top of this mysterious septic tank. It appeared that it was going to keep doing this until I called someone. This was the Friday before Labor Day, so I was worried that I wasn't going to get a hold of anyone. I called a few places, and they all said they were booked up for weeks. The last one referred me to JT's, so I called them. They answered, and said they did have some same day availability--they could come out in an hour and a half. And, it turns out that they're the company who has been working on my septic tank for some time. They had the record of their last visit, with photos! I of course booked them. The guys who came out were friendly and courteous. And, importantly, after opening up my septic tank they informed me that I don't need it to be pumped--the filter was just clogged. In fact, they said that it wouldn't need to be pumped for a while. These guys literally could have told me anything, they could have done the $800 pump job and I would have just accepted it. Instead, they changed out the filter, gave me a bunch of information and advice, and were on their way. And, the photos they had of the inside of my septic tank made their job much easier. After this experience, I'm a big fan of JT's Septic, and I'll always use them for my septic tank needs. Good job guys. read more

Awesome the guys came out ASAP totally professional. Solved the problem and told me when I needed future service. Thank you.

So i thought i needed a pump out. NOBODY could help. I called JTs, didn't want to have to bother a company in Humboldt, they quickly dispatched a truck to help me in paulden. Turns out i had a clog not a full septic. THANK YOU VANESSA. I have already scheduled a future pump out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

We had a building contractor, who unbeknown to us, demoed and ruined our perfectly good older system, on a vacant lot. We asked JT's to repair the system. The work done by JT's and their repair work was completed with excellent results. I can't say enough to their credit for doing a great job. They exceeded our expectations and now we can move forward with the building of our house. I would definitely use JT's Septic again. Thank you to JT's. read more

We bought our house over 6 years ago. The previous owner had the septic tank empty before we moved in. We had 4 people living in the house and after 5 years, the toilets started to clog. Which hadn't happened before. So we got in contact with JT's Septic, since they came recommended highly from the neighbors in our small town! And they did not disappoint. They were fast and reliable. They even told us that our septic was so full of toilet paper and to not use any chemicals in our tank, that it kills the actual natural bacteria needed to reduce waste! We were glad to hear this, we came from the city and never had a septic tank before so this was much needed information! Now we will see them again in 5 years!! read more

Very impressed with Jesse and his company. We had some serious septic issues and he stepped up and took care of our problem. His crew worked hard all day to get the job done in one day. Big THANK YOU to JT Septic for doing a outstanding job. read more

I called to request someone to come out to mark our septic because we were going to dig and the cap markers had been sheared off some time ago. JTs wanted to charge me $430 just to mark it!!! What criminals they are! They shiuld be ashamed of themselves! I hope others will see this review and think twice about using them. Use Buckaroos. They really care! read more

I love these guys!! If you have a septic system do NOT call anyone else. Seriously, they show up the same day, at least in my cases, and it's always an emergency. There service is amazing and they do not bull crap you. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. We hired one company who came out charged us a lot and didn't fix the problem, I called here it was fixed within hours for less than the guy who did nothing to help!! read more

I called JT's Septic, and could not have been more pleased. Andrew and Joe were exceptional. Their honesty was very refreshing. I didn't need my septic pumped, and they told me. They did a camera inspection, they dug and covered the septic lids. I was very appreciative they weren't annoyed that I was interested in how the Septic works, and explained and let me ask all the questions I wanted. The experience from beginning to end was amazing,. Thank you guys! Truly. In these times, customer service is not at its prime in this area, so what a great surprise. All I paid was a service call fee. Awesome experience. Highly recommended. read more

I couldn't recommend this company more. We have a cabin in Groom Creek, up Senator highway...it had been several years since we had it pumped, since we only use it in summer. I called and was greeted very nicely on the phone. They were able to come up promptly..here they is the best thing..when he came out to check, he only found a cracked lid on one of our pipes. He actually called and said we did'nt need to have it pumped yet and would feel bad about charging for that service. I was shocked any company would be that honest. I gladly paid for the new replacement lid and service call. I thought it would be a great idea to share how honest and reliable this company is .. read more

Kurt was awesome! Very educational. I learned a lot about my septic system from him. Highly recommended.

We are a city couple "gone country" so this is our first experience owning a septic tank and I can tell you JT's has been OUTSTANDING! Explaining to us how it works, teaching us about the "filter" (Uggghhh), and truly knowing their stuff inside and out! From when we call to make the appointment, to them being ON TIME, knowledgeable, kind, cleanly, and patience - THEY ARE THE BEST!!!! Truly a locally owned company that we will support FOREVER! Call them, you will NOT be disappointed! read more

We realized on a Thursday night that the water was going down really really slow and gave JT's a call after hours. They were at the house by 8am Friday, located the cleanouts in about 10 minutes, dug them up for the truck to drain which arrived a couple of hours later. So by about noon Friday everything was good. AWESOME JOB!! They were respectful, professional and left the yard neat and clean. Super fast and reasonably priced, too. Highly recommended!! read more

Nothing better to deal with then dealing with a family owned/operated local business that's fair priced and does more then what the average company would do for you. I was looking for the last company I had used about 16 years ago (sadly was the last time I had my septic tank pumped) and called JT's. Luck had it that they had my old record from back then. I visited there website on Memorial Day weekend and seen they had a the ability to schedule an appointment. I made my request for Thursday (the 30th) and listed anytime for them to come out. I wasn't expecting any reply from anyone from the office on Tuesday however Ashley in the office contacted me and said they'd be out on Thursday from 1 to 3. Jesse and Andrew showed up exactly on time and knew very quickly where my tank was. They had to dig up the one opening which was about 2 feet under the soil. Not a grumble from either of them and quickly had it dug out and accessed. Of course I planted a tree years ago not far from that location and of course there were tree roots growing around the opening. Again they didn't grumble, cut the roots that was in the way and got straight to pumping out my 1000 tank. They did a very through job, took pictures of the before and after job plus did a good checking out the tank to ensure roots didn't breach the tank anywhere. Thank fully I got lucky. There truck they showed up in looked spotless and everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and really did care about my satisfaction. They were at the ready to answer my if my dumb questions such as putting rid ex down the commodes if that helped etc. If there's anything to learn from my experience, please don't allow your septic to go so long without service. I got away very lucky with nothing being majorly done but had it been another year or two at the max, the outcome would've been a disaster and very expensive. Your also able to use a credit card, check or cash for payments so almost all options are covered. Not sure they take that new cryptocurrency or bitcoin type stuff yet. Haha I also like to do business with my local and neighborly businesses verses any big box business that's out for your money and refuse to do anything else without additional charges. My only and very minor suggestion would be, is that on their website when scheduling an appointment day/time that they'd have a calendar or someway to make sure the times that they are available. However that is minor and basically nit picking. Thank you Ashley, Jesse, and Andrew for all your help in such a quick response and availability. My wishes are for you and the family business continue to be as great as you already are. I promise not to wait for another 16 years before calling you again! Mr Byh20 Cordes (no) Lakes. read more

I called and was able to schedule an appointment the following week. We are new to septic systems and the lady that answered the phone was so incredibly knowledgeable on septic systems. She was immediately able to pull up our system and then proceeded to describe,in understandable terms, what type of system we had and a brief description of how it works. She said we would receive an email the day before and a phone call the day of to let me know if they were running on time. All of that happened. Kyle showed up a little early and was super helpful as well. He knows his stuff. We had a peculiar add on that wasn't making sense. He was pretty sure he knew what was required but was humble enough to say he wanted to check with the owner. Which Kyle did and they were both on the same page. I appreciated that he admitted he wanted to verify. As it turns out, an addition to our system resulted in an unusual setup but he figured it out on the spot and verified it as well, just to be sure. I highly recommend Kyle at JT Septic. He is honest and hardworking. read more

Just what we are all looking for: a company who makes sure every one of their employees are knowledgeable, thorough, professional, prompt and courteous. We weren't scheduled to need an inspection or pumping of our septic system for another five years, but we recently detected something we thought might lead to problems. We called the office and were advised that they could check it for us the next day when they would be in the area. This morning we heard from Jesse, the service guy, when he was a half hour out. He arrived just when he said he would and, in no time, detected a small problem which would have become a bad situation. He fixed it immediately and did thorough diagnostics. He was as happy as we were that it turned out to be fairly minor. He left us with a thorough explanation and options/pricing for the next visit in 5 years. Great guy, great company. If only everyone ran their business this way!!! read more

Our first experience with a septic service. When scheduling the service, the office staff was most efficient and friendly, email reminders of upcoming service were excellent. Technicians were on time, friendly, thorough, professional. So pleased that we chose JT's over other services. They explained what they were doing, an educational for us. This was hard work and appreciate all of Richard and Eric's efforts. Many thanks. read more

JT'S septic service was great. We called them on a Friday morning about 8 a.m. We live about 120 miles from where their office is located. Wasn't sure if they would even come to us.( Septic businesses closer to us wouldn't come out. Had to be within a 30 mile radius from them) Any JT'S came out about 3hrs later. Found the septic tank and lids. Pulled the roots out and pumped out our tank. Took maybe 2hrs. We thought the price was very reasonable. We are very happy with their services. read more

If you have septic in Prescott, AZ or the surrounding area, you should use this company, end of story. I bought a house in Prescott, AZ that had a state of the art septic. I didn't understand how it worked and I wanted to know more. JT came out, took the time to explain the entire process to me. He identified a few things that needed changing and quickly got everything done. I also had another question on something that wasn't entirely related to their septic work; JT took the time to walk through that issue with me and share his knowledge. This is a company that cares about their customer, not just about making a buck. On top of that, they know their industry. As consumers, these are the companies we are looking for, but are so hard to find amidst all the marketing and advertising other bad companies are doing. JT's is the way to go if you are looking for a great, reliable, trustworthy, local company that knows the ins and outs of this industry. read more
