First thing I noticed coming in was that there was some kind of violation, didn't have to time to read it because there was people behind me. If I wasn't invited to a birthday party I would of never gone in. Maybe they had a bad night but I ordered the strawberry Rita which I didn't taste any alcohol and the drink wasn't cold. I just want to let you all know that some of the servers will add a tip to your tab if your party is less than a party of 3 but they add 20% tip to parties of 3 or more. Be very cautious about your total. Plus an extra charge for using a debit/credit card. I had to call my waitress out for adding the tip when it was just me and my friend. That added tip was about $40 dollars my tab was right around $140 for two people. The picture was after I made her remove the tip, it was $185 the first time. I was introduced to this restaurant by a co-worker. I am writing my review after my second visit. I really do not writing a review after my first visit unless I am out of town. This restaurant is pretty new and has a few different review. So I didn't pick to eat here again basic from the review. This restaurant has a lot of seating and is not too busy for lunch. I really like that they serve you queso with the salsa at no extra charge. That is something nice that I really enjoyed. The plates are big, and the prices are great especially for lunch. For the size of the restaurant they have the right amount of staff I think. But keep in mind that I came here during the week and both time they where not busy at all. There are a lot of Mexican restaurant in the area to pick from. This is just my point of view from the two times I have visit it. Very nice staff and the food comes out very quickly, and tastes good. Beware if you go there and you pay the bill because the gratuity was already added to my bill and I didn't notice because the total was in bold which included the gratuity. Walked in and immediately noticed this place is jumping...Awesome music, dancing, and a 2nd floor upstairs that overlooks the dance floor. Very good DJ who played a great mix/variety of songs and genres. I ordered the chicken street tacos w/beans & rice plus a watermelon margarita. Waited only about 8 minutes for the food. The food and drinks were very tasty and high quality. The waitress was super attentive and helpful. The place had a nice layout with good visibility of the dance floor from almost every seat. Huge big screen on the wall... Full bar... This place has the energy of a club with the feel & service of a restaurant. Nice mix of Latin/Hispanic, Blacks, Whites & other races. We went for a dinner. The service was incredibly slow, it was exceptionally loud, and the fajitas were mediocre. We were given plastic silverware. We asked for real silverware (other tables had real ones) but we were never brought any. When the bill came, it was very unclear- both a cash and a credit card price were listed as well as added gratuity (for a party of 2!!). I think it is crazy to have all these extra charges. When our change was returned, the bill had been removed so we couldn't see if the change was correct or what total they had used. I'm guessing this is a practice to get you to leave more tip above what is automatically added. In my opinion, all this seems shady and deceptive. We will not be returning. read more
