They guided us all calmly to their basement/storage/employee break area with smiles, lots of snacks, bottled water, and even flowers for moms with their babies! They made sure everyone was comfortable and had a place to sit down. I felt so safe and so taken care of! Once we were cleared to go back upstairs, everyone was as helpful as ever and the crew even walked folks out to their cars with umbrellas in the pouring rain. If everyone treated each other like this team treated a bunch of strangers, the world would be a better place.
