We are new to the area and someone we met recommended this place to us, so we decided to see what it was all about. I read some of the reviews before going, so I was a little skeptical about going, but we love to try new places and form our own opinion, so off we went. I'm so glad we did!! This place was so clean, all the tables and chairs appeared to be new, the staff was super friendly and attentive, and the food was AHHHMAZING!!! The chips, Queso and salsa started us off already knowing our entrees would be good. The service was fast and we received some of the yummiest food we have had since moving to this area. It's a bit of a drive for us, but we'll worth it. I'm super picky about enchiladas, and theirs are so perfect and tasty. Even the beans and rice were sooo good! I highly recommend this place - don't let previous reviews scare you away. We had an excellent experience here and will definitely be back soon!! PS - their breakfast is AMAZING! read more

Four of us went here recently and what a disappointment ! Been there before and fajitas came out steaming and were excellent. NOT this time ! Waitress came by and we ask her if it came with charro beans or refried beans and she said she had "no idea" ?? Knew we were not off to a good start. Got worse as dinner went on ! Good food. Generous serving sizes. Friendly staff. You may not go "Wi! That was great!" But you will get a big plate of good food at a good price. Never had a bad meal here, and the family likes it when we want a good meal. Keep it on your list for a good meal when you need it. read more

Breakfast was great. The service was great, our food came out great. Loved the pancake, not the over-sweet ones that seem to be everywhere, it was a good old fashioned homemade pancake. The bacon was a little thin, but it was cooked right. The sausage was excellent. UODATE: My fave mex restaurant in the area. Breakfasts are the best and served all day. Mex food is very tasty. Daily specials are always a good deal. The restaurant was recently remodeled with new furniture and flooring. The shabby parking lot was repaved. They appear committed to upgrading themselves at every opportunity, which makes it easy to support. read more

Since there are so few options in Brownsboro this restaurant has been one we go to 8-10 times a month. NEVER again will I step foot in this place. Rude server made sure they lost a customer. If you get the girl with braces be prepared to come second to her cell phone. read more

I got a cheeseburger with fries. It was really good. I've been coming here for most of my life. The waitresses are super nice, especially Tonita! All of the staff is friendly. They always knew when to ask us if we needed refills or anything. I'm not a big fan of their tortilla chips though, but their hot sauce is good. I'll be sure to come here more often. I have eaten many chicken fried steaks in my 69 years but I must say the one I got recently at this restaurant was the worst I have ever had. Thin, tough and grisly. I could not cut it with a steak knife. I know it was pre-frozen and had more gristle than meat. My family will not be back. read more

My friend and I usually eat breakfast here a couple times of week. The service is good. My friend ordered something he had never had before. It was scrambled eggs mixed with fajita meat. He said he wasn't very happy with it, and he will just about eat.....anything. Says he wouldn't recommend it. I usually just have a traditional breakfast of eggs and hash browns. It's better than IHOP and the portions are more generous. I can't comment on the Mexican food because I've never had it. read more

Sorry not impressed. We have given them a few chances and food never got better. We have had just basics off the menu and I was unable to even eat it. Husband did eat his this last visit but mentioned how bad it was when we got to the car. We will not return and will drive to Chandler next time. read more

We stopped here for breakfast at El Presidente on the Monday after New Years Day because the place we usually eat down the street was not open. The place is large inside with clean booths and tables. You can pretty much sit anywhere you want. The waitress brought us our menu while taking our drink order. I got scrambled eggs, hash browns, toast, and bacon, while my hubby got an omelette. He had coffee, I had OJ (which was in a very large glass). They asked hubby if he would like salsa with his omelette, and brought him a generous bowl. Food was great on both of our plates. We came back the very next morning, had a great breakfast again, and great service. I didn't pay attention the first day, but the 2nd day, our bill was less than $15 and thats with a full breakfast coffee and a large orange juice! Have a Dr's appointment in that direction tomorrow and we plan on stopping for dinner. Can't wait to try that out! read more
