We had a mixed experience at Los Hermanos. Our server approached quickly and greeted us with fresh baskets of chips and salsa. I ordered the fried catfish and it was a large portion, with crispy fries, but it wasn't very hot. My sister liked the beef enchiladas, and my father enjoyed his fajitas, but the server brought the wrong food to a person in our party, and the fajitas made for another person were not good at all, with a strange flavor. Updating to include that Los Hermanos has AMAZING breakfast!! The omelettes are huge and so tasty, and they have the good shredded hash browns that I crave. We did a pick up order and everything was freshly cooked and exactly as we ordered it. Yum!! read more

This was my first time going there and I was petty excited as I always see plenty of cars in the parking lot. We were seated really fast and our waitress showed up quickly. The food was ok, my husband ordered the beef chimichanga with the cheese on top, he loved it. My son ordered the birria tacos he stated no flavor at all the birria sauce was like brown water didn't look like the normal sauce. I ordered the chicken enchiladas they were good the rice and beans were really good. Now for the bad part. When we were seated the table was sticky but we took a napkin and wipes it down. We ordered our drinks and I asked for bowl of pico de gallo. To eat with my chips she didn't bring it with the drinks so I asked again, still didn't bring it. When our meal arrived I ask for a side of sour cream and again a side of pico. Finally after we were half way done with the meal. She brings the smaller scoop of sour cream and what seemed to be maybe at the most 3 tablespoons of pico in the same small bowl. Im sure we paid for the two sides. But that ok I ordered it and was more than willing to pay but the portion could/should have been worth the cost. Lastly we were so discussed with the fact that we had to sit in this window booth staring at discusting dead bugs and spiders in the window. This alone made me not want to even eat. All I could think of if the table setting is this bad what does the kitchen look like? Sorry I would have loved to give a better review, but could get past the lack of cleanliness. read more

The food was so bland...I wouldn't go back and order the beef enchiladas again. Los Hermonos could be a good restaurant with some effort. The Queso was just cheese sauce and could be better. Chips were warm. The little waitress was very nice and did a good job. read more

I've been to this chain before and it wasn't that bad, but this location is pretty bad. The ones in Forney and Terrell aren't this bad. I did not take any pictures however, the meat overall was just not very good. The beef fajita meat had a weird color to it, which usually means it's old and has bad flavor. Which was indeed the case. I took one bite and put it on a trash plate. About the only thing good here was the chips, salsa, and queso. Also on the wall behind us, there was just a whole bunch of ants crawling up the wall. Sounds like they need to do a little bit more cleaning and get some pest control out there. Also, if you call the restaurant it forwards to their managers cell phone. So that prevents you from speaking to the staff. Hopefully they fix that soon. read more

Had a 10/10 experience! Everything was so amazing and I couldn't have asked for better quality food and service! I got the bowl with barbacoa and fajita beef and got a Paloma mix drink that paired perfectly! Love everything about this place and will definitely be a regular customer from now on! Setting was very nice aswell and are server Hannah was so nice and did such a good job taking care of us and assisting us with anything we needed. I absolutely love this place! read more

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE FOOD SENSITIVITIES OR ALLERGIES! When I told Manager Nick that I do not eat MSG, monosodium glutamate, he said that he knew what that was, but he would not give me any information about which food items in his restaurant do or do not contain MSG. His standard reply to all my MSG questions was "We do not track that." He would not even take the time to read one label to find out if the seasoning on their chips contains MSG! Friendly, polite, and helpful Server Brenda to the rescue! When my food choices were down to fresh avacado, fresh tomatoes, sliced cheese, lemon, and crackers, she checked to be sure no seasonings were added to the food in the kitchen and even read the label on the crackers to be sure they did not contain MSG. My dining companions ordered various combinations of Tex-Mex enchiladas, tamales, and tacos. One of their food comments was that it was pretty good, but nothing special. Will I return? Five star Mexican restaurant setting, moderate music and great environment! Shrimps are HUGE and flavorful, chicken and carne are cooked absolutely perfect and tender with great flavor! Our waiter, on time, well informed of the menu and had quite good recommendations on drinks. Y'all have to try that jalepeno margarita. It's not spicy, but sneaks up on you leaving a hint of spice. read more
