The employee on the intercom asked us to order when ready. We immediately told him we were ready but then got silence for 4 minutes. Finally a lady spoke and started taking our order. We started giving the order and halfway through dead silence. We waited about 10 minutes until she spoke again and took our order. When we got to the window we waited another 10 minutes before we got our food and the employees were just inside talking to each other unrelated to work.
