I've tried al pastor at different spots and it could be a hit or miss. Ordered the Al Pastor Torta and this was so good!! Our last day in Cancun and we wanted to go back hoping to order more al pastor but since we came too early it wasn't ready yet. If you're wanting to try it, I would say aim for a later time! It's a no-frills type of place and when they call out your order, there's a salsa bar and you can just add whatever you want. I loved my torta and how the bread was lightly toasted.
