Food was good. What bothered me is I went yesterday on May 5, 20023. My son went to El Poblano and bought 2 tacos and a French fry nacho with steak. He was charged 5 dollars for the fries and steak. I went down to buy my own order about an hour later and was charged 8 dollars for the same item. The menu board had no pricing for their specials. I also asked for three salsas and was only given 1 salsa when I arrived home. I wont go back no matter how great the food is. I don't like being jacked around. It really pisses me off. The food was delicious and will recommend their food highly. But for me they ripped me off and did not deliver what I asked for. No thanks. Bill read more

This is a great taco truck stop! We had breakfast burritos, lunch burritos, chimichangas and and tacos. They were all great! We tried chicken, steak, and chorizo meats and all the meats were tender. Also, reasonable pricing. The guys are courteous and quick. Their green avocado/tomatillos salsa is awesome! Warning, their red salsa is HOT!! By the way, please ignore that bad review from Chief K. The food was awesome at El Poblano. The tacos were fresh and had great flavor. I had the brisket, chicken and marinated chicken taco. The green sauce was awesome on the tacos and they were just flavorful. I also had a chicken burrito which was well made and every bite was good. I washed everything down with a bottled Mexican Coke. The service was quick and reasonable prices. There really was no ambience because it was a food truck. But one of the best food trucks in the metro area. Tacos are completely white washed and taste like someone used rat meat imported from a New York City sewer, they didn't have jack and cokes there as well I'm sure they wouldn't be able to make one if they tried.
