Gives us the most unapologetic and uninterested look and then says "sorry you can keep the water" and walks away. As if that makes up for the time we wasted. In all the years of working in restaurants and in the service industry have I ever experienced such a lack of respect for a customer. Theres no reason to have made us wait that long if they thought something was wrong. And if there is a problem they should have communicated that with us so we could decide what to do. If they didn't want to provide a service to people, lock your doors, close your establishment, and don't waste other people's time.
