Good place to tuck in for a bottle of wine. It has comfortable seating to watch time go by.

Very delicious, good service and great vibe. We stopped off in Mexico City for an overnight stay before heading back the States. Phenomenal.

Right as were seated I noticed the manager (guessing he was the manager as he was dressed in a suit unlike the waiters) hovering very creepy over our table. I asked for a wine list of wines they offered by the glass. My wife had a vodka/soda. The manager says they don't have a list. I then asked what wines they offered by the glass. He says none. I ask him if I can have a glass of Chardonnay . He brings a bottle and I taste test it. It's okay so he pours around two ounces in my glass . He then continues to hover and stare. I ask the waiter what the typical pour is for a glass of wine and he says TWO ounces. At this point I just ask for the bill. We will never know if the food was any good or not. However if the managers service attitude is any indication!!! VERY CREEPY MAN

Our server was ( I think his name was Pepe) the only one, who was expalining the menu to us in English. To start, we ordered an Ensalada Mixta - mixed lettuce, tomatoes, caramelized walnuts, fennel, olives & pecorino cheese (one size for 4 of us). For the main course, we ordered Penne All'Arabiata with spicy tomato sauce, Gnocci All'Arabita e Burrata (spicy sauce), Lasagna De Res y Portobello- beef bolognese with portobello mushrooms and Salmon Al Limon - broccoli pure, lemon & caper sauce with asparagus. As far as drinks - beer for the boys (Stella & Indio) and bottle of water (Aqua Panna) for the girls. Service was outstanding, particullary the server with English spoken. We didn't try the dessert or coffee or pizza. Maybe next time, when we will be in CDMX.

We started with some delicious croquettes, followed by jamon iberico on toast, spicy charred pulpo, and finally two orders of tacos -- prawn and ribeye. Each dish was superb. The pulpo was expertly charred, and the flesh as tender as a gentle summer kiss. The tacos, which are made completely from scratch in house, embodied many of the rich flavors that make Mexico City one of the world's greatest culinary destinations. Even the side dish of butter we requested was exceptional; it tasted as if an abuela in the countryside had awoken early that same morning to milk her lone grass-fed cow and gently churn it just for our visit. We opted for a bottle of Toro (~$960?) to accompany our feast, which we regarded as a sensational value. It accompanied the food perfectly. In addition to his outstanding service timings, our waiter was kind, conscientious, and particularly patient with our subpar Spanish skills. Sometimes in life, happy accidents happen. This was one such occasion. We were very pleased to discover Romelia, and hope that we can experience it many more times during future visits to this great city.

The grilled octopus was amazingly tender and fresh, one of the best in all of Mexico so far. The Patatas Bravas were too covered in paprika to taste much else, so for me they're a skip. The pan con tomato (tomato toast) was also not great as the bread got soggy quickly and there was some odd taste. Not bad by any means, just not the best I've had. All in all though, Id return in a heartbeat as the vibe is so chill and pleasant and given how amazing the octopus was, I'd like to try even more off their menu.

I say seated with parenthesis because most people end up standing here but we got lucky that a couple was leaving as we were right next to them after being asked our drink orders. It's kind of a weird system that they have and I think the staff didn't realize we didn't have our drink orders taken yet and asked the people behind us for theirs which was slightly annoying. It was a bit chaotic so I can see why it happened, but I do think they need a slightly better system. Anyways, the drinks were excellent and I love that they gave us a little small snack that included crickets (which I hadn't tried before yet). The vibes in here are really nice too. I love the dim lighting and the almost rock/clay atmosphere. The bathroom area is smaller than I was expecting but it was ok. I'd definitely return!

There are no seats, this is a standing bar except a few uncomfortable bar stools. Drinks were good, but I expected more. I got the colada and it was good, not too sweet. Almost clarified colada. Everything was very spirit forward which few of our friends really liked. This felt like a one time visit for me in CDMX
