3 lengua tacos

The food here is yummy I ordered 3 street lengua tacos with onion and cilantro, horchata, and chips and salsa. It cost me $21 the menu online shows $3.50 per street taco. so chips and salsa and horchata cost me $10.50? On top of that they need to work on their customer service.

My husbands taco. His hands practically can cover the taco and he doesn't have small hands either!

Very nice Mexican restaurant very close off of I-10. Not a lot of advertisement for it though. We were greeted right away and had a pleasant experience. My husband ordered the El Patron taco and he enjoyed it very much. It's a lot like a Taco Salad. My meal was the #7 that came with a Chile Relleno, Taco, beans and a guacamole salad. My favorite part was the taco meat in the crispy Taco I got! That being said, it actually wasn't what I at first ordered. I had asked for the chicken crispy taco but they accidentally brought me the taco meat. It was so tasty though that I did not want to send it back for the chicken! I nicely told her about it after I finished my whole yummy meal, just so the kitchen would know in case the next guest did care about the mistake. She was sweet that they wanted to give me a chicken taco to go! I told her she didn't have to, that the taco I got was still very good. They insisted and put one to go for me with the shell on the side, so it wouldn't be soggy later. I definitely want to come back here the next time we are driving thru!

Heard about this little restaurant from a few neighbors and decided to try it out for lunch this afternoon. For a Mexican joint this place is brightly lit, it took me by surprised because I'm so use to walking into a Mexican restaurant and the ambiance being softer and warmer. When you walk in, you sit yourself and the server is quick to take your drink order and gives you the menu to look over. By the time I walked in I already knew what I wanted to order but their menu is extensive and has your signature Mexican dishes. The salsa and chips are good. The previous review mentioned that the chips are thicker than one might be used to but nonetheless, their not bad. The sweet tea was what I expected. Let's talk food. I ordered the Hawaiian Fajitas. The food came out pretty quickly after ordering. So if you're looking for a quick grab, this place should be on your list if you're in the area. As I watched the waiter bring out my dish, I was pretty shocked at the enormity of the dish. The presentation was impressive. The pineapple flavor was overwhelming and overshadowed the dish overall. Because the meats were stuffed in the pineapple, you lost that sizzling fajita touch that you might be accustom to. The rice, beans, guacamole and tortillas were typical and what you would expect. It was definitely a good experience and look forward to visiting again and trying the margaritas and other dishes.

Salsa was not good at all. The flan was absolute crap. They had a guy singing American and country music while playing electric guitar.

This place is a little pricey, food is okay but not consistent. Service is good, however food does matter. Consistency matters more.

It was a good stop. It is located north of Railroad Street in an area you wouldn't stumble across accidentally unless you were going to ALDI. A good stop

Not really sure how to feel about this place!…read more On the one hand, the food was pretty good and well-seasoned. The steak, ground beef, AND shredded beef were all delicious and cooked perfectly. The rice and beans were flavorful, the cheese dip & salsa were spicy but not overly so, and the enchilada sauce was just okay. The chips were ALL burnt. We asked for more and the waitress said "oh, they're all like that." Why?? The thing I expect most when I go out for Mexican food is good chips! On the other hand, the service was WEIRD and not in a great way. First, despite there being about 15-20 empty booths/tables, they wouldn't seat us and made us wait. Then they seated other people (who didn't have reservations - I checked) at those same booths they wouldn't seat us at! Second, our waitress didn't listen very well as we were ordering. She brought us two margaritas instead of one, tried to bring carne asada instead of carnitas, and was overall not super friendly. Not a terrible waitress, but I've certainly had better. I also have to mention how stupid their kids menu policy is. I get not letting adults order from the kids menu (even if I don't personally think it's right) but 10 years old? Come on! I've NEVER been to a place where it was 10 and under. 12 and under for sure, but 11-year-olds are still children!! We didn't even have kids with us - it just made me so mad that I have to mention it. I don't think we'll be back here, despite the quality of the food. Just not my kind of place. But who knows!

First time coming to Bay Saint Louis and we tried this place as it was highly recommended by the…read morelocals. I loved that it had views of the water. We got here and it was a little tricky. We could not figure out where the front door was or where to enter to find a hostess to be seated. Maybe because we came here on Tuesday, things are more lax, but we went to the area where there was a bar and then we walked all through the bar and then outside down the ramp and still no one. So that was my only gripe. Once we found someone to seat us and take our orders, it was much smoother from there. We ordered loaded fries, shrimp tacos, and nachos. Can't go wrong with any of that! I absolutely loved the shrimp tacos. It was a bang bang shrimp flavoring with a kick. Everything was good. The waitress was so sweet too. We loved the views. It was a perfect sunny day with a hint of cool breeze. so nice and relaxing.

The service was phenomenal but the portion sizes here are tiny so be prepared to be underwhelmed…read more We ordered the grouper bites, smoked fish dip and red fish sandwich to share and while TBT does a great job of cooking the seafood properly and adding lots of flavor, the price point did not match the amount received. I can somewhat justify the cost of the red fish and grouper, but the $13 "morsel" of smoked tuna dip was simply unacceptable. Worse of all, the dip was accompanied by cheap saltine crackers rather than a much more refined accoutrement like crostinis or toast points. (Unfortunately, the experience of overpaying on appetizers in order to leisurely sit and drink by the water is not a unique one--but one to be noted nonetheless.) All that said, the food did come out extremely fast and the grouper bites were delicious and fresh. Side Note: Unfortunately this was a phone-free dining experience so I have no pictures to speak of.....you'll have to just to take my word on the portion sizes. 6/10 I just want the grouper--and the check!
