Stopped in here before the Brit Floyd show at Genesee Theater. The Food was good, at least what I got was, the Service was a 0. We arrived at 6:15 and they close at 7, but 45 minutes seemed like enough time for a Burger and Cuban. The place was full, but I wouldn't say busy. Took about 15 minutes for some to take our order, and that was the first indication we made a mistake. After struggling to take our order (language barrier) he asked for a name. After several attempts, he handed me a pen and the order ticket, so I wrote my name on it. We order a Cuban with fries and a drink, A Dominican burger with fries and drink and a beef Empanada. We were patient and talking until we realized it was 6:55 and we hadn't seen the guy who took our order. We thought about leaving, when a waitress came up and asked if we had a Cuban and Dominican. We said yes, but we needed to get to the theater. She said it's been ready, she just didn't know who it was for. We got our food, it was cold, I got no fries with my Burger, there was no cheese or sauce on my Burger like the menu described, neither of us got drinks and you guessed it, no empanada. At this point, we were hungry and in a hurry so we just ate what we had and tried not to make a big deal about it and let it ruin our night. For what we had, the food was good. For the quality of service, I'm not sure how it was this bad. We never did see our waiter again. One star, because you have that bad of service regardless of how good your food is. read more
