Took my car in for a couple of door dings that needed to get fixed. I left the car there for a few days. After a few days, I picked up the car and drove it home. I didn't make any stops, except into my garage, where it stayed until the next day. The next day I got ready to go out and I noticed that the driver's side quarter panel was dented. I know I didn't hit anything on the way back from the shop and I didn't make any stops. So, I called the shop and explained the situation to them. They said, "Bring it back." First thing they said when I took it back was, "Oh no, the car was like that when you brought it in." I definitely know that the car wasn't like that because the morning before I took the car in I washed and waxed by hand and there was no dent there I called the dent repair headquarters, whom were the ones who recommended me to this particular shop. They apologized and told me how sorry they were, but that they couldn't do anything about it because the damage was beyond their scope of damage repair. I told them that I understood, but an apology doesn't get my car repaired. They told me to file a claim with my insurance company. In my mind I was like, "Wow! Is this for real?" I didn't want to argue with them because as soon as they had denied doing the damage, I knew I wasn't going to get anywhere with this situation. I went and got two estimates. The damage is approximately 10"x 6" right above the rear wheel well. Due to the damage being on a body line, both estimates I got were $850 to $900. So, I definitely got the short end of the stick in this case. THANKS EL PASO DENT REPAIR. I'LL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SHOP EVER AGAIN. RIP OFFS! read more

These guys are awful at doing business. I had taken my vehicle in for hail repair when I checked on it a week later they said it was being held up by my insurance company. After calling my insurance company I found out that they have already approved repairs of 5000 dollars and have already paid the shop thy amount. But still no repairs have been even started!!!! So I ended up running out of rental coverage because by the time they began repairs I was already two weeks in with my rental. Not only that they wanted to charge me storage fees !!! Even tho they had money to began repairs!!!! They are awful at working with my insurance company. I have never had this issue with any other dent repair company! If you want an over written estimate that will drive up your rates and want to experience major delays definitely go here and ask for James! read more
