    Carne asada (Nicaraguan)

It is a blessing to have a Nicaraguan restaurant in Irving close to Dallas. The place is spotless, service was great and most importantly the quality of the food was great! Definitely coming back. 5 stars for sure. I had the carne asada nica (Nicaraguan grilled steak).

I moved to the Dallas area in July 2018 and found this restaurant online and got extremely excited because I love Nicaraguan food!!!! I was not disappointed. We went in a group of 6 people and everything we ordered was delicious. It's a small mom and pop type restaurant and the service and food was great! Hope to return soon!

The employees are very nice there the waitress that helped us was very nice, her name was Michelle. Now the food was ok nothing too much to brag about. The reason we wanted to come here was because my dad is from Nicaragua and we don't have any Nicaragua restaurants here in Texas. So we tried the baho and that was ok, portion was very little for the price. We also tried the nacatamale and that was good. Overall we ended up spending about $60 for 2 Bahos, 4 nacatamales, and 3 pupusas. And of course our special drinks which was cacao and a pink drink my dad got. I also found out they recently opened in February so I would give them another chance. What I did like also was that they were very open for feedback! They also accept debit cards now so that's a plus!

This place is just amazingly Great! it gets crazy full and people leave very satisfied! I see people go in and come out with a smile! The managers are beyond super nice and made me feel very welcomed and the food was beyond delicious! the waitresses where great when it came down to service and restaurant was super clean and with this weather right now for winter I have to say that this place was so warm and cozy i enjoyed my delicious chicken soup and chia beverage!

    Perfection!

Since moving to Dallas in 2011 from Miami, I've been looking for a Nicaraguan restaurant. This place is everything i could ask for!! Food was great! The owners are friendly! My new favorite spot in Irving.

Carne asada Nicaraguense. It was disgusting! Meat- no condiment, full of fat

We got the bean…read moreand cheese, chicharoon and cheese, and chicken and cheese pupusas and they were all amazing. They came with mild or spicy salsa (we got both) and curtiso (salvadoran coleslaw), which were both great and complemented the pupusas well. Everything was made fresh when I ordered, and the prices were very fair. We also got a pineapple and a strawberry cookie which weren't too sweet but were massive for a great price. It wasn't very busy and the customer service was good, too. The menu had Spanish and English available, I would absolutely be a regular here if I lived in the area.

We were warmly greeted by the kind lady at the counter and there was even an English menu for Spanish challenged folks like me. We had the Pork and Bean and Cheese Pupusas as well as a Chicken Tamale and Fried Yucca. All of it was served hot and incredibly tasty. The Pupusas come with some pickled cabbage which is a great addition and the fried Yucca came with a cabbage salad which was also quite enjoyable. We also got chips with a black bean salsa/dip that was excellent. We were there on a 93 degree day and the restaurant was cool inside with some fans running to keep the air moving. Parking is limited for the center but the neighborhood across the road has street parking in a pinch. I really enjoyed the experience and will absolutely be back to try some more items.
