I guess since I'm not a regular or a friend, I was treated differently They were hung up on trying to see what other issues without running the smog. I don't know what the hold up was or if they were unfamiliar with the truck. Or if I was bothering them But after all that, they ended up failing the truck and also charging 80 dollars. Surprising since other smog shops won't charge you if you fail. The only highlight was the female technician took the time to explain the results. The others seemed sarcastic/annoyed and more interested in my truck and seeing if I'll sell rather than helping me with the situation.

The gentlemen on the phone was professional and inviting. I already knew I was coming here for my test. Showed up, and was immediately taken care of. Put my car on the analyzer, ran my test, cleared, and I was on my way. Place is dirty, gritty, and well organized, as it should be for a professional mechanics establishment. The attendant was very professional and knowledgeable. I just told him what I needed and it was down to business. I wish more places would be this way, as I value my time and I need to be in and out! Last but not least the test was perfectly priced. $50 for everything! Most places are charging $60 dollars. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK and thank you for taking care of Fontana residents!
