The clinic has a very warm, family-friendly atmosphere, and everyone was kind, patient, and supportive. The entire team made what I was anxious about feel safe and comfortable. I lived with constant pain and tenderness from an ingrown toenail for over 20 years. Twenty years of discomfort, frustration, and failed treatments from multiple doctors left me feeling hopeless. I honestly thought this was something I would just have to live with forever. After reading so many positive reviews about Dr. Brittany Nguyen on Google, I decided to give it one last try--and I am beyond grateful that I did. Dr. Nguyen is incredibly compassionate, patient, and exceptionally knowledgeable. She listened, explained everything clearly, and treated me with such care and respect. Thanks to Dr. Nguyen, I am finally pain-free after decades of suffering. The relief is life-changing, and I cannot express how thankful I am. I highly recommend Dr. Brittany Nguyen and her team with all my heart. She did an amazing job on my toenail, and her staff are absolutely the best. I have never felt so welcomed, comfortable, and cared for in a medical office.

I found Dr. Maggie on Yelp after injuring my toenail, and all of the glowing reviews were spot on…read more I was even happier to find out she accepted my insurance! At first, it looked like I might have to come back because my gel polish made it hard to examine the nail. Instead of having me make another trip, Dr. Maggie took a closer look, realized the nail was lifted and no longer viable, and removed it carefully bit by bit. I was incredibly nervous, but the entire process was surprisingly quick and completely painless. She also took the time to trim my other nails and gave me helpful tips to prevent this from happening again. She immediately recognized there was damage to my nail matrix, and her confidence and expertise made me feel I was in great hands. What impressed me most was how thoughtful she was. She never rushed, explained everything, and genuinely cared about making the experience as comfortable as possible. Her office also squeezed me in for an emergency appointment first thing after the weekend, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Dr. Maggie! Looking forward to my follow-up appointment (even though I usually dread going to the doctor's.)

Update 06/10/2026…read more The clinic publicly stated that Blue Shield would correct the claim and issue a new EOB. However, Blue Shield's written response states that my podiatrist visit is subject to a $50 copayment under my plan, that no corrected claim has been received from the provider, and that no updated EOB will be issued. I am sharing this information because it differs from the information provided by the clinic.

My first appointment the nurses made me feel at ease very informative and friendly. They take kind to all there patients and help them feel better about the process. My nail was horrible almost a whole year with an ingrown toe nail. I pick at it myself witch was the wrong thing to do I only made it worse a whole lot worse. As you can look at my check in pictures. I'll also post my after pictures it's been a few weeks. The doctor is a great person very funny and friendly and he really knows what he is doing. He saw my horrible nail and made me comeback the following week for the removal. When I got back I was so nervous and really scared but this doctor Maid me feel a bit better about it. He took his time and really did and amazing work

OMG! Dr. Liu is amazing!…read more I'm all about "experience". So let me share with you my visit to Dr. Liu's office. I'm a new patient and this was the first time I visited Dr. Liu's medical facility. Before I can enter the building, there was a lady who greeted me and asked Covid questions. Then gave me a disposal mask that she asked me to wear solo or with the mask I already had on. Then I went to Dr. Liu's office. Not quite busy but greeted cordially by the front office ladies. They game forms to complete because I'm a new patient. Not even 5 minutes later, they called me in to see the doctor. Wow ! No wait time. I didn't even get to complete the forms and I'm a fast writer. Anyways, I say Dr. Liu pretty quick and I just loved her positive energy and smiles behind that mask! She did a physical assessment of my right foot, asked me questions on when, how and what. Then she gave me a clear explanation of why I was having the pain. She educated or laid out three options of treatment and allowed me to make the decision. I ended with cortisone shots. She explained side effects and what I can expect. She still encouraged me to consider the two options to help with the pain and healing. She's super amazing!!!!! If you are having or have foot problems, see Dr. Liu. Other than my husband who is a doctor and surgeon, Dr. Liu ranks next to my husband. Dr. Liu is very knowledgeable, genuinely cares, and will provide you quality care with a kind heart Thank you Dr. Liu and staff!

I expected Dr. Edmond Lee to actually review that hospital report and CT findings before forming an opinion. Instead he barely looked at it and told me I was wasting my insurance company's money by getting the imaging done in the first place. That is an incredibly dismissive thing to say to a patient dealing with a real, documented fracture with a missing fragment, not some vague complaint he gets to wave off. He did not take the time to actually walk me through what was going on with my foot or explain his reasoning when I had questions. It felt like he had already decided what he thought before even looking closely at my file, and I left with less clarity than I came in with. If you want a doctor who will actually read your records and take your imaging seriously, I would look elsewhere. 1 star.

Her teacher released her about 10 minutes late, which caused us to arrive only 9 minutes after the appointment time. The receptionist told us we could not be seen because it was a first visit and it would delay the whole schedule. I understand offices need to stay on time, but there was no flexibility or understanding for a child who had been taken out of school for an appointment that was already difficult to schedule. I was told I would need to bring her back on another school day during school hours. After waiting a month for this appointment, it was very frustrating and inconvenient to be turned away over 9 minutes. And i don't like that when I call they don't answer the phone. I leave a message and they don't get back to me.
