Decent stop for lunch on our road trip through Utah. Located right off a major highway (very easy to find), lovely fajitas and chips/salsa, nice staff, clean and convenient restaurant. Had to knock off a star for very slow service, taco salad is a miss, and their prices are surprisingly high. We were seated right away and quickly provided with plenty of chips and salsa which were excellent! Salsa is just right on texture and spice level and the chips were nice and warm. Iced tea is good here also. Our party of 3 ordered the shrimp fajitas, the taco salad with ground beef, and a combo plate with beef taco and beef enchilada. The shrimp fajitas were the clear winner - good flavors, generous portions and lots of accompaniments. The combo plate was pretty standard and a good choice - my son loved it. I got a taco salad with ground beef and it was not a fave. It was so liquidy that it was almost like soup and that was even before I added any salad dressing. Also, the salad was completely bland - no flavor at all. So I definitely can't recommend it - but the fajitas here are a solid choice. Service is extremely slow. They appeared to have ample staff - they were even getting in each others way and the restaurant wasn't slam packed or anything so I'm not sure what the issue was. The table next to us was very upset and vocal - apparently they'd been waiting for their food for more than an hour. Luckily we didn't have to wait that long. We weren't in a hurry so it wasn't an issue for us - just be aware. I found their prices to be surprisingly high for the area and the quality. The fajitas were almost $20 and everything else was closing in on $15. Staff are very friendly however and everything was clean with relaxing vibes inside. They have some really fun Halloween window paintings too! Plenty of parking and clean bathrooms.

Meat in a tortilla.

"Authentic?" Naw. I'm from California so I know authentic. Asked for a chicken burrito and got shredded chicken in a tortilla. No rice or beans in the tortilla. No cilantro. No lime. Server acted like she was collecting a paycheck. When I asked why there was nothing inside I was told I had to "order it."

This weekend we happened to be starving as we passed through. Man am I glad we took a chance on this unassuming gem. Inside is on the smaller side but not at all crowded. It looks exactly like you want a local Mexican restaurant to look. It was seat yourself but then a waiter brings you the menus and complimentary chips and salsa. The chips and salsa tasted fresh and not too spicy for us. My husband ordered the Taco Salad with shredded chicken and I ordered the Enchiladas Suizas (with shredded chicken and red sauce). We were both super pleased with our food. Mine came with rice and beans on the side. The rice was standard but the beans were delicious and flavorful and creamy. My husband thought the shredded chicken was wonderful. My opinion was that it was wonderful and when mixed with their guacamole- dynamite. I got some guac to go so I could enjoy it at home. My enchiladas were tasty and plenty of food - too much for me in one sitting. We ended our meal with some churros - I loved them - crispy and fresh and sweet. They came with whipped cream that made them just perfect. Will I be back next time I am hungry in Delta - absolutely!! Bonus: they are open on Sunday.

Beans are a little odd (watery, odd texture) but the taste is good. The rice, which I normally leave, was excellent. I had the 3 hard taco plate, one chicken, two beef. Very good. The only complaint was the bottom of the shells were filled with potato so they can save $$$ on the meat. It was very good but be honest about it. Hubs had the chicken enchilada plate and a pork taco, also very good. The salsa on the enchiladas was amazing. Some rickety chairs are provided under a not so shady tree so plan to eat in the car or find a park with some shade.

The carne tacos were decent and the chicken tacos were okay but the tortillas were overcooked and too hard to eat for my son. Don't order the carne asada fries. They were extremely soggy. We asked them if that's how they are cooked and they told us yes, we had to order them extra crispy (like we knew that). Well, I threw it away in front of them and they didn't say anything. Please pick another spot if you can. Not worth the price, nor the drive. 5 star reviews must be for a different food truck.

She did come out with dripping wet hands but did she use soap? The menus is simple. We ordered the chicken taquitos and a burrito. My server seemed new and wasn't sure about things. He kept asking for help. I was asked to wait quite a few times. It wasn't bad, just seemed like the blind leading the blind. The prices posted on the menu weren't exactly accurate. I was charged more than it showed. Not much, but it was inaccurate. The drink machine was sticky. Every time I pushed the lever I had to stop early or my cup would over flow because it was sticky and kept pouring. It needs a good cleaning. The food was surprisingly good. The chili verde meat was tender and the taquitos were crisp and flavorful. The spice was perfect. Overall, It was ok. I would just like to see a few things better stocked and cleaned.

Someone else in our party ordered the special for that day: the beef and shrimp fajitas. They didn't give her a receipt and they were taking forever to fix her food. We had to follow up with them. And when they finally brought out her food, they did apologize but also said they forgot to fix her food. Interesting.

It is spacious inside with large tables and a friendly, welcoming staff. I had a margarita with my lunch; only one though because I was driving. It wasn't strong but was tasty enough. The beers are mostly domestic with only one micro brew selection but there were plenty of national brand choices. The food was home made and not bad for bar food. I had a Pittsburgh cheese steak sandwich that I thought was good. I ordered it with a side salad instead of fries as I had also ordered the loaded Pastrami fries which came with cheese, pickles and mustard on top. It was a bit too rich and heavy for my taste and the flavors didn't really work well together. Maybe without the mustard I would have liked it more. Not a bad place for a rest stop or a reasonable local hang out as well with some decent food.
