It tasted like a cheap ground beef blend, possibly something like 70/30, with a mushy texture closer to oatmeal than seasoned beef. It was so bad that I sent it back, which is something I rarely do. The waiter kindly offered another option, but then came back and said the cook -- possibly the owner -- said I would have to pay for both plates. At that point, I decided I would rather stay hungry than gamble on another dish. For a restaurant with this many positive reviews, I expected much better.
