Unfortunately, my experience could have easily been 5 stars if it weren't for one employee (a heavier-set man) who initially treated us very kindly. However, once he saw my family member paying with an EBT card, his attitude noticeably shifted. The warmth and friendliness disappeared, and we felt treated differently after that moment. No customer should feel judged or treated unfairly based on their method of payment. It was disappointing, especially after what started as such a positive visit.
