I go in with the claims department on the phone to customer service when I told them I have the claims department on the phone and was told to talk to customer service about the report the employees left like cockroaches exposed to light. I was arguing with the guy on the phone about how they all left. He didnt believe me so I moved next to the registers so customers and employees can here on speaker phone. This was the only way I actually got a supervisor. They filled out the report 50 minutes after going into the store. To file. Today I get a call from Walmart I reviewed my dash cam and explained a customer pushed the cart into my car because he was arguing with the cart attendant refused to take the cart, at least that's how the body language between them looked. So theystated it does not be covered because a customer did it. What a joke I should just sue but the damage is not enough to make it worth sueong. Was a big Walmart fan till now.
