The view is awesome, but the food is not something to write home about.

Great location if you can find it!! Locals seem to know about this historic restaurant on the bluffs of Quebradillas. Food is good if nothing to rave about but tasty and the portion sizes are good. THE VIEW is spectacular. I think because of the wind they can't take advantage of the outside eating area but not to worry, the BIG picture windows are very bright. Really must visit when in the area.. The old photos on the wall are amazing.. Puerto Rico dismantled the train system many years ago..too bad, it could have been a big asset to them today.

This is an example of the absolute worst service ever coupled with mediocre food, a true 1star…read morerestaurant. Our party's food came out one by one, as if the kitchen was cooking the food items individually as they read down the ticket. Our waiter brought our drinks out, after our food was brought to our table and it took 30 minutes to get a pitcher of water to drink. Each food item that came out was more mediocre than the previous. One guy in our group ordered the chicken sandwich which had us contemplating if it was truly chicken that he was served. He noted "I didn't order the chicken to "maybe get chicken."" A good portion of our food came out incorrect or not at all. I've had bad service before, but never has it been as dragged out or painful as this meal.

We came on a very slow day and were pleasantly surprised by the service from the waiter who was…read morealso the bartender and cook. He did three jobs and did them all amazingly. The mojito was fruity and the most generous portion I've ever seen. He was able to accommodate our request for vegan fare despite the lack of any veggie friendly dishes on the menu. The mofongo relleno was superb. We had the fried plantains as an appetizer. Skip the tomato-mayo dip and opt for more salt: you won't be sorry. Free parking. Free panoramic view of the ocean. No frills on the ambiance, but when you have that view of the ocean, what's to complain about?

First bite of food on my first time in Isabella ... And after the ordeal it took me to get here,…read morethere's a lot that was going into each bite. I must say that the meal was a a prelude to one of the best trips of 2022 (and now 23). But I may be biased because I love Villa Pesquera. Our server was patient and didn't mind teaching correct phrases as I badly ordered for the table in Spanish "rompeado como sueños del oro en la casino de papel" Lots of fish, mostly frito tho (try the masitas pescado), but I was happy to see they did arañas and tostones along with typical PR beach fare (mofongo, mariscos and stews).. And everything I touched was solid. But the chill, open atmosphere made for the first night of many laughs and as mojitos as we could stand. Speaking of mojitos... Lots of flavors including grapefruit. Also a dude on a horse and many, many Suzuki sidekicks turned Calle Camacho into an I. Promptu parade for which we had an epic sprawl and front row seats. Now... someone please tell me it's gonna open back up soon. Food: 3/5 - probably a 4 Atmosphere: 4¼/5 - a needed chill Service: 4/5 - felt like.. Not a tourist.. Hope this guy/lady will be around for years as this place is right across the street from our condo. Prices are good and service (one waitress) was excellent overall. Best meal we had up to now.
