Yikes. The ribs I ordered were very good, but pretty fatty and oddly missing the bones- my sour stomach could only handle three ribs before I had to tap out. The rice and beans that I ordered on the side were the worst I had in PR. Two wild dogs joined us on the patio, keeping us all company as we waited another thirty minutes for the check. We left running to the car, very sad to have lost the day to a mediocre meal... but I was even more sad to realize that I had been sitting in the shade for so long that the indirect Puerto Rican sun had burnt my entire body to a bright red crisp. Boy was it worth it! The band was great, we ordered pork Rejano and Surf and Turf. The Surf and Turf is a bit pricey but worth every dollar. The steak just fell apart and seafood cooked to perfection. The mojitos were just wonderful as well. In particular the Strawberry coconut mojito was exceptional. Great place for an authentic meal amongst locals in an outside camping atmosphere.
