Wow. I love starting my review with Wow...because that's how I felt when leaving this restaurant after the amazing feast! I completely recommend!
Service: amazing. Wow, the owner himself is a wonderful person. He is knowledgeable, makes you feel like if the guests in his restaurant are all his friends. He is accommodating and he demonstrated the love he has for his restaurant and the care he wants his delicious food to be delivered with.
Food: absolute perfection. Holy moly. We had the ravioli, if you like mushrooms and do not have a nut allergy...please get it!! You will remember this review and "spiritually Yelp thank me". Send all the good food "energy" my way so I can keep finding these amazing restaurants.
We had the ravioli, fresh, creamy, savory, fully stuffed, with a side of perfectly cooked maduros. Wow. Amazing!
The Churrasco, medium ( I like medium rare but this was still juicy), full of flavor, that phenomenal taste of perfectly cooked steak with a side of mashed yautia. It was delicious. And here is a PRO TIP: if you get the ravioli, dip the steak in the ravioli creamy sauce...you'll thank me again later lol.
The fish (it's dorado fish btw...just in case you were curious) with a side of mashed yautia. Great portion, super flavorful, fresh and perfectly cooked as well.
Appetizers....I was so excited with the service and forgot to remember the names of the appetizer but just for the sake of the review I'll describe it...so you can ask if interested. The cheese stuffed little dough nuggets with a Venezuelan type of chimichurri sauce...and the arepitas with shredded chicken and avocado and the same sauce drizzled. Oh man, that was like a perfect way to start the meal. So savory and adequate portions.
Drinks: we ordered a perfectly chilled white wine for the table. Beautiful presentation, ice bucket and napkins.
Dessert: do not skip dessert, you will not regret it...for everyone that's on a diet...do yourself a favor and have the cheese flan and the passion fruit mouse. I wanted to lick the plate and cup...but that's un classy...supposedly. Lol. No don't lick the plate...not everyone will think its cool. Lol.
Ambiance: family friendly, can get busy but it's accommodating and a very warm feel. The decor is lovely, shows love for the Venezuelan culture and heritage.
I completely recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in Miramar, searching for a good experience with food that's full of flavor. read more
