Margarita mix is standard and nothing to write home about, little on the flat side and light on the tequila...but far from the worst I've ever had...so I'll give it a fair rating. Our food was hot, but some parts were a little over cooked and some parts were a little under seasoned. The brown sauce on California burrito was the highlight of it all. I'm guessing it's a pre-made attempt at a mole ::shrugs:: but it was really tasty, whatever it was trying to be. All 4 lacked seasoning. All but the beef tasted pretty good but I didn't eat the beef one because I didn't like the taste. Unfortunately all of them were wrapped in flour tortillas and not corn tortillas so they were more like mini burritos than enchiladas. My wife and daughter got a la carte burritos.
