The board consisted of wild boar sausage with broche bun, wild boar taco, peppercorn fries, and wild boar lasagna. The board was quite heavy and salty. I didn't have enough stomach space to even try the taco. I did enjoy the fries, but it's not enough for me to want to return.

We were able to order the boar meatballs and the slow cooked reindeer roast and I absolutely adored the roast, it was so well balanced and flavorful and the portion size was perfect! The boar meatballs were a bit on the heavy side, although I enjoyed the smaller portion size of the dish and getting to try them. The service was helpful and friendly and we enjoyed our meal quite a bit. All in all, The Hairy Pig Restaurant is a definite must-eat in Stockholm and I'd highly recommend them.

The tapas food is served as it is ready in the kitchen rather than all at once, which is great as all tapas then will have the best temperature. They use tapioca flour for most of their dishes making this a great place to eat at for people with gluten intolerance.
