I've been coming here twice a month for 15+ years, which in restaurant years is basically a lifetime achievement award. That kind of consistency doesn't happen by accident--it happens because the food shows up, the service shows up, and the place stays clean, organized, and dialed in. Bang for the buck? Elite. You get quality service, properly prepared food, and a dining room that doesn't feel like a science experiment. It's a win-win-win-win-win for me and my extended family. My friends love it. My extended crew loves it. Everyone loves it... except Ron--also known as Jose, also known as Lil Ronny. Ron is the only friend I know who has beef with San Marcos Restaurant, and honestly, that tells you everything you need to know about Ron. It's 2026--respect quality of service.
