The meat was not dry at all and was stewed in tomato, peppers, and onions giving the most savory taste. The gordita shell is soft and has a thin fried crust I could easily cut and bite into. It did need salt to enhance the flavor, but it was already in my bag before I could ask for it! The pico de gallo was perfectly sized and fresh as heck. The salsa is spicy and tasty.
