Yes, I do believe it is humid. But I digress. So what that you do when it is too hot to cook but still need them their viddles? If you're wise, you declare it a "Food Truck Night" (and the crowd goes wild, Yea!) and as it happened tonight, the food trucks were in our Neighborhood. We decided on the Hawaiian Pizza (Ham and Pineapple) and although we have only ordered only cheese Pizza's from Kellers' in the past, we decide tropical this time as an homage to our humid heat, lol. I want to be clear that the taste was delicious with a smoky, savoy accents as always which we really enjoy. Our Pizza again, was tastebud titillating sensation. We also want to highlight that the fact that our Pizza Makers temperatures inside their Food Truck with the ovens cooking and no A/C, was Yikes! That they even showed up to feed us, amazed many of us. Below I have included two pictures which I also want to note is not burnt, it is charred much like really good smoked BBQ, and is what, wood fired Pizza is all about. And Keller's ambience was so natural, it was exactly like being outside, in your neighborhood environment, lol. So we recommend you follow Kellers Food Truck, and try their Pizza as you will be so happy, pleased, and satisfied that you did. Enjoy!

I had a t-rex burrito - brisket, beans, rice, roast poblanos and onions, avocado, cilantro and a crispy cheese shell while there. Best burrito I ever had? No, but my first choice would have been the food trucks (that were not scheduled to arrive while I was there) and next time, even if I still don't time it right, there will plenty of other things to try. If you're new or not familiar with main post, it's between the water plant, main gym, and commissary. Today we tried a Chili Dog and a BLT Dog. Both were great and lived up to their names. The dogs were beefy and juicy. The buns were nicely toasted, but still soft to the bite. The toppings were fresh and flavorful. The fries, though I do believe a popular frozen brand, were prepared and fried properly. They weren't seasoned but I was happy about that; I can't stand over-seasoned fries! The woman that took and served our order was friendly, bubbly, and personable.
