The car wash itself isn't bad. Most of the time my car comes out as clean as it can by a machine. The one thing that very pestering is that every time you come to buy a single car wash, they push a membership on you quite a bit. Had an issue where car in front of me went off tracks. She kept backing up hitting my car as the truck behind me kept hitting me also. Made a report and was told someone would contact me within 72 hrs. After 9 days finally met with regional mgr. He talked me into going to their body shop, which by the way, did a nice job. I was told that I just needed to turn in rental info and I would be reimbursed within 3-4 days. Been almost a month and still no check. Customer service is useless. Told today, wished I could help but we are just a messenger service. Finally mgr. found out check was sent with no apt. #. Postman told me it was returned for lack of address. This all started mid October and now over 2 months. Regional mgr. Will not return my messages or phone calls. read more

Today I had an incredibly unpleasant experience with the Spanish customer service of the company El Car Wash, at approximately 3:00 pm, when I made a call to complain about being charged for a premium membership, while I was receiving the basic one. The operator with a bad attitude and unprofessionalism hung up the call and charged me without authorization, she charged me $5.17 on my card. read more

This El Car wash location seems to have quite a bit of mechanical problems today. The water wasn't spraying correctly nor was the big spinning first wheel that gets the front of your bumper your hood, your windshield and your roof working and when I stopped to ask them about it I said oh yeah, it's been down for a few days. Honestly only giving 1 star for the easily accessible self-vacuum stations. Came here for the first time today and was talked into the monthly deal. $19.99 for unlimited car washes is a pretty good deal so i thought why not. It is almost as if my car wasn't washed at all. There are so many dirty spots and streaks that I almost debated going back through the line, but didn't trust a second run-through to do the trick and actually ended up going somewhere else to get it washed. Seems like a complete rip-off to me. Wouldn't really call it a "car wash" because my car is still filthy. At least the inside is now nice thanks to my own vacuuming. read more

This is my favorite place to wash my car. It has different levels of wash service and the machine does a great job. Afterwards, I use the on-site vacuums to clean the car interior. It's a quick and simple thing but it leaves the car feeling clean and like new. Love this place. read more

It's a fair carwash, their summer 2 month offer drew me in (unlimited washes) for $20 per month for 2 months. Their equipment misses and you have to take your car through a few times, and still it wont get the gunk off your wheels. However, unlimited washes for $20, it's expected. They have free vacuums, mat wash sink. It's a fair wash for a fair price, even the ultimate wash (worth $40) which is what I purchased. read more

My car looks worse than it did before I took it through. First it still had lots of soap suds so Jesus told me to take it back through. He did not give me the $20 wash I paid for though, resulting in the car being covered in water spots. Jesus refused to do anything about it. Huge waste of time & money. I have a monthly membership. The car wash is ok but their license plate reader is horrible. You have to wait until someone manually lets you in for the gate bar to open. It takes the convenience away. Also I had to go on my account on line to make a payment method change and it didn't take. To my surprise and the annoying wait of cards behind me, a manager had to come in to the lane and go back and forth inside to make the change of payment. Guys, we are in 2024, get it together. I have seen these El Car washes popping up all around town. For the price it is great! Basic car wash is about $6. You don't have to get out of your car, and there is always an attendant to help you with your purchase. Once you are through the wash you can park at any of the vacuum stands and clean the inside of your car. I am usually in and out of there within 10 minutes. For the price of the basic car wash and the convenience of the vacuums, it's worth the money and a rather quick process. I have yet to try one of the higher priced washes, as the basic is all I really ever need. Glad they are around and loving the convenience. read more

Love this car wash! The crew there is always nice and helpful. I pass by here often. It's always clean inside the actual car wash and outside where the vacuum cleaners are. They've renovated recently and it looks amazing! I get "The Best" wash car because I like my car clean and it includes wash and wheel clean. It's $30 a month. I was paying $5 every week so for me it makes more sense and I can wash it every day if I need to. No complaints here. ** New prices are: $6 for basic soap and dry, $11 for basic plus wheel clean, rain guard, tire shine, and extra dry, $14 for all that I mentioned before plus hot wax and shine. It's easy to go in and out of this location if I'm in a crunch for time. There's always a vacuum spot available and ample towels to wipe the windows for the extra clean shine after. BUYER BEWARE! I was talked into buying a monthly membership where I was told that the monthly charge with unlimited washes was the same price as one ceramic Mirror wash ($20/month). My first bill was 21.40, the next month it appeared on my credit card as $22, and this month it jumped to $37.43. When I called to cancel my subscription, the number had a full voice mail and I couldn't cancel. They clearly misrepresented the subscription deal. They promised I could cancel at any time, but they are not easily reached. read more

Boynton Beach location. Under the old owner the service was always good for years. About a year ago new ownership. Now wheels and outside trim does not get cleaned, other areas easy to see are missed. Wheels are dirty on the best inside/outside service plan when they say the car is ready from the best wash plan. Time and again. poor performance and supervision. Inside cleaning is now very weak and SLOW SLOW SLOW. Plan 45 minutes iin the last two visits to get out of there with dirty wheels, bug marks still on the front and a half cleaned interior with streaked glass. Summary; service far below how it was operated previously under different ownership. As well the office staff has become far more unpleasant. Quite a rodeo to get in and out, and the surly attitude when paying in the drive-through and the aloof inside counter makes the place somewhere to avoid. read more
