Time again this place delivers. I'm talking year after year wash after wash no matter what location the car wash service is on point. In terms of the quality of the soap and the automated machines the valley that you get for the wash whether it's the first one of the day or the last one of the night is hard to compete with. Now I acknowledge that the amount of locations springing up all over South Florida is not only indicative of the quality of the washes, but also of the service Now sure you're going to be offered to purchase a monthly pack which might feel like it's an upsell but if you do the math and get your car washed at least once a month it pays for itself compared to going someplace like a gas station or a freestanding automated wash someplace else I haven't trusted multiple vehicles to this car wash, and the bang for the buck that I've gotten, especially being grandfathered in and staying true to the company makes the world of a difference. The value is bar none. Recently, they've added different sprays at each individual station for glass cleaning and fragrance honestly, you're hard-pressed to find that anywhere else read more

SCAMMERS! Beware and avoid like an Ebola popsicle! They lure you through their specials and make you subscribe to membership without your knowledge! They will then start billing you monthly, by the time you realize it, it would be too late, when you call to cancel, they only refund two months back. read more

I visited El Car Wash and my car looks great! The wash was fast and easy, and everything worked perfectly. The place is clean and well-maintained. I'm happy with the service and will definitely come back. read more

El Car Wash - Clean car - Car Wash Near Me - Miami, Florida

The car wash itself isn't bad. Most of the time my car comes out as clean as it can by a machine. The one thing that very pestering is that every time you come to buy a single car wash, they push a membership on you quite a bit. One single 'no thank you' becomes 10 nos because they just don't stop. I wish that once would be enough because it's getting very annoying. read more

If you haven't noticed already, El Car Wash is taking over the 305 and beyond. They are Florida's largest express car wash company with more than 70+ locations. Each membership gives you access to all locations. Membership is tiered by level of services starting at $25 per month with unlimited car washes. It's a great balance of quality and bang for your buck to keep your car clean at all times. read more

Stopped in today and was vacuuming out my truck and I was greeted by Brianna she offered to clean my floor mats with the machine they have. The mats came back looking brand new. Thank you Brianna for your great customer service. read more

Had an issue where car in front of me went off tracks. She kept backing up hitting my car as the truck behind me kept hitting me also. Made a report and was told someone would contact me within 72 hrs. After 9 days finally met with regional mgr. He talked me into going to their body shop, which by the way, did a nice job. I was told that I just needed to turn in rental info and I would be reimbursed within 3-4 days. Been almost a month and still no check. Customer service is useless. Told today, wished I could help but we are just a messenger service. Finally mgr. found out check was sent with no apt. #. Postman told me it was returned for lack of address. This all started mid October and now over 2 months. Regional mgr. Will not return my messages or phone calls. read more

El Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Miami, Florida

Honestly only giving 1 star for the easily accessible self-vacuum stations. Came here for the first time today and was talked into the monthly deal. $19.99 for unlimited car washes is a pretty good deal so i thought why not. It is almost as if my car wasn't washed at all. There are so many dirty spots and streaks that I almost debated going back through the line, but didn't trust a second run-through to do the trick and actually ended up going somewhere else to get it washed. Seems like a complete rip-off to me. Wouldn't really call it a "car wash" because my car is still filthy. At least the inside is now nice thanks to my own vacuuming. read more

They broke my 130k car badge the car wash was super bad do not recommend the piece they broke on my car was $500. The mechanics are horrible. read more

I was at this location for help with an issue with my account and was only given a customer service phone number and it was worse. Today I had an incredibly unpleasant experience with the Spanish customer service of the company El Car Wash, at approximately 3:00 pm, when I made a call to complain about being charged for a premium membership, while I was receiving the basic one. The operator with a bad attitude and unprofessionalism hung up the call and charged me without authorization, she charged me $5.17 on my card. read more

This is my favorite place to wash my car. It has different levels of wash service and the machine does a great job. Afterwards, I use the on-site vacuums to clean the car interior. It's a quick and simple thing but it leaves the car feeling clean and like new. Love this place. read more

This El Car wash location seems to have quite a bit of mechanical problems today. The water wasn't spraying correctly nor was the big spinning first wheel that gets the front of your bumper your hood, your windshield and your roof working and when I stopped to ask them about it I said oh yeah, it's been down for a few days. Also, I had a difficult time finding somebody that could understand what I was asking them. Pretty shoddy if you ask me. read more

It's a fair carwash, their summer 2 month offer drew me in (unlimited washes) for $20 per month for 2 months. Their equipment misses and you have to take your car through a few times, and still it wont get the gunk off your wheels. However, unlimited washes for $20, it's expected. They have free vacuums, mat wash sink. It's a fair wash for a fair price, even the ultimate wash (worth $40) which is what I purchased. read more

They offer a lot of quality stuff to clean your car car wash is great compress air is great. They also offer cleaning wipes

Juan T and Alejandro M were AWESOME!!! They r both exceptional human beings. My battery gave out right after vacuuming my car and they went above and beyond to help me especially Juan! They really came thru for me! They are still gentlemen left in this world! And the car wash was great too! My car came out really clean for $25. read more

Great!!! Prices are expensive tho for a short wash it was $20 but great service. I would go again.

My car looks worse than it did before I took it through. First it still had lots of soap suds so Jesus told me to take it back through. He did not give me the $20 wash I paid for though, resulting in the car being covered in water spots. Jesus refused to do anything about it. Huge waste of time & money. Ps the car was clean, just dusty, before the wash. Now it actually looks dirty! read more

I have a monthly membership. The car wash is ok but their license plate reader is horrible. You have to wait until someone manually lets you in for the gate bar to open. It takes the convenience away. Also I had to go on my account on line to make a payment method change and it didn't take. To my surprise and the annoying wait of cards behind me, a manager had to come in to the lane and go back and forth inside to make the change of payment. Guys, we are in 2024, get it together. Spend time finding a better system, a better IT person, something. read more

Fast and quick service very friendly workand Sandra in the morning is a great and wonderful help

I have seen these El Car washes popping up all around town. For the price it is great! Basic car wash is about $6. You don't have to get out of your car, and there is always an attendant to help you with your purchase. Once you are through the wash you can park at any of the vacuum stands and clean the inside of your car. I am usually in and out of there within 10 minutes. For the price of the basic car wash and the convenience of the vacuums, it's worth the money and a rather quick process. I have yet to try one of the higher priced washes, as the basic is all I really ever need. Glad they are around and loving the convenience. read more

Love this car wash! The crew there is always nice and helpful. I pass by here often. It's always clean inside the actual car wash and outside where the vacuum cleaners are. They've renovated recently and it looks amazing! I get "The Best" wash car because I like my car clean and it includes wash and wheel clean. It's $30 a month. I was paying $5 every week so for me it makes more sense and I can wash it every day if I need to. No complaints here. ** New prices are: $6 for basic soap and dry, $11 for basic plus wheel clean, rain guard, tire shine, and extra dry, $14 for all that I mentioned before plus hot wax and shine. They also have these on a monthly plan as follows: $19.99, $26.99 and $29.99 read more

BUYER BEWARE! I was talked into buying a monthly membership where I was told that the monthly charge with unlimited washes was the same price as one ceramic Mirror wash ($20/month). My first bill was 21.40, the next month it appeared on my credit card as $22, and this month it jumped to $37.43. When I called to cancel my subscription, the number had a full voice mail and I couldn't cancel. They clearly misrepresented the subscription deal. They promised I could cancel at any time, but they are not easily reached. read more

Half ass car wash, machine needs adjustment big time for better and more powerful wash. Vacuum power was good. It must be to suck the coins in the car.
