I like coming here because you can use their vacuums for free before you wash your car. However, sometimes it gets full and there's no where to park your car to wait for an open slot. It's also a little complicated if you go in and there aren't any slots open due to the small amount of space. If you decide to wash the exterior of your car once you exit the conveyor belt you must be very careful because it leads to a busy street (Bird Road). When you do have the chance to park in a slot to use the vacuum they do offer various free amenities. Some of these include two types of vacuums, a rug cleaner machine and they even offer the wind wiper liquid for free. As for the car wash, I believe it does a good job especially for it being so affordable. Definitely a good place to go if you are trying to get a quick wash. read more

My car got severely scratched getting into the car wash and it isn't the first time this happens, I paid the first time to fix it and get it removed as it wasn't so severe but the second time around it did a lot more damage and I had to file a report. So far management team has been very responsive but until further notice when they help fix this issue we'll see if I'll still be a loyal customer to this busy bee, I've been coming here for years going out of my way instead of going to my local car wash as to why I put two stars instead of 1. SCAM!!! These people are STRAIGHT UP stealing money! I went in, paid for a car wash, but as my car passed through, there was no soap, no wash at all. My car just passed through. So I went back around to let them know, they shrugged it off and sent me through again. Same ordeal. There were no bathrooms or a place to sit down for other passengers that are not cleaning the car. The biggest negative is the entrance and exit is awkward. I don't not recommend this car wash. I went once and once at the car wash I was informed for an additional $5 I could use it the car wash for 30 days. I come to see a charge on my card and when I call to ask what this is about they said the promotion was $5 for the first month and they would not refund because it was explain on the kiosk but when I initially went the women who help me was the who was working the kiosk. When I called company they said they would not refund because it was said on the kiosk and they are not responding for what they lady told me about it only being $5 for 30 days. At no point was I ever told I was going to be enrolled on a membership or that I would need to cancel to not be charged. Horrible customer service. read more

I've been going to Busy Bee for years. It is until recently when I purchased wheels ( Vossen rims) For my car that unfortunately I have to wash the car myself in the self service. The drive through car wash has this rail / track system that mistreats the wheels. There's always someone waiting for you to help you center you tire on the track. They seem to just want you to ram your wheel in there until the track straightens your car. Instead if them carefully looking if the wheel may hit the Metal track they just tell you to keep going. I have done it a hand full of times, and today I actually got a tiny piece of my tire sliced. This is not something I can claim to them because I'm sure they will state that it's not their fault and that I can't prove it sliced my tire minimally. That's for the negative which takes one of the five stars off. Now for the positive 5 stars. There is a manager that has been there for years. Couple years ago I dropped my iPhone in the wet soapy water in the self wash station. The manager found my iPhone and asked if it was mine! Huge points for his honesty!!! I do like to wash my car, as I see it therapy for me to clean my mind and organize some thoughts, as I details and am able to vacuum for free. Over all great! Some fruit debris fell from a tree onto my car so perfect time to check this place out! Getting the $8 service (might as well clean the wheels getting rid of brake dust). I used to love these car washes as an kid, going into a tunnel being blinded by soap, getting attacked by monster tentacles. It was a trip. The result: it did an OK job getting most dirt off the car, it did a great job getting all the fresh fruit debris off, and it did a good job with the wheels, nice wheels. Where it fell short was the leftover over dried streaks of what looks like soap and in some areas a film of dirt I can wipe away with my finger. Not the best job ( and I usually pay much more and expect super clean), but it certainly was the quickest (less than 5 minutes) and only $8 to get rid of this acidic fruit debris that last year damaged my clear coat when I did not promptly wash it off. It's a good value and friendly staff. It's hard to feel 4 stars because of the quality of the wash and certain spots missed, but also how much can you expect from only spending 5 minutes of your time for $8? I'm torn and for now will stick to 3 stars even though super convenient as mentioned above reasons for coming. read more
