Recent visits show that they have abandoned the "towel" dry at end of wash. Car now comes out wet and I have to dry it myself after wash. Why change something that works for something that doesn't read more

Great car wash and great prices, my car came out clean and the staff was friendly, location is nice and presentable

Awful service. They remodeled but this used to be a great local full service wash. The manager is super rude and no one seems to know how to be pleasant with customers. They push subscriptions aggressively and I was uncomfortable. read more

Good place to wash your car ricardo is the best i came sometimes and workers are very friendly and vacuum is a nice thing

One of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is because of how dedicated Tyrone is to his work. I know that my car tends to get dirty almost every day, especially with the busy lifestyle I lead. Tyrone always makes sure that the wheels are thoroughly cleaned and that every detail is taken care of. His attention to detail and commitment to providing top-notch service really stand out. But what makes Tyrone truly special is his ability to make every visit simple, fun, and even funny. He creates a positive atmosphere that makes the whole experience enjoyable, not just a routine task. His friendly personality and genuine care make a big difference, and I always leave feeling appreciated and satisfied. It's clear that Tyrone's dedication and cheerful attitude contribute greatly to the welcoming environment at Busy Bee. I am grateful for his hard work and the positive energy he brings every day. Looking forward to many more visits and experiences thanks to him! read more

I have been a frequent visitor of the Busy Bee Car Wash on Bird Road and have always had decent experiences there. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the car wash itself is reliable and gets the job done. I totally take advantage of the free windshield wiper fluid and top off every so often. I have also found that visiting the Busy Bee Car Wash earlier in the day is a good strategy to avoid crowds and have quick access to the vacuums. Busy Bee Car Wash also offers a membership program which allows you to wash your car every day if you desire. I recommend the Busy Bee Car Wash to others in the Miami area who are typically on the go and would like a quick car was every now and then. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Do not go to this car wash. Without your knowledge they sign you up to the monthly membership program and claim that you signed a fine print disclaimer agreeing to their terms so NO REFUND EVER. Employees standing in the gate assure that you won't be charged monthly if you pay with credit card. read more

WARNING do Not sign up for the UNLIMITED WASH CLUB!!! Total rip off! You're actually signing up for auto pay every month when they say it's only one month. Then when you call them to try and cancel they are not only rude but if you by any chance casually mention it's a rip off and your going to see about a layer they put it on your file and even if you formally cancel the account through their website they still continue to debit your card. When I receive the new bill and called and said I had formally canceled through their website they said it didn't matter because I mentioned law suit, which I did not mean it but said because they were rude and I was upset. Unbelievable!!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT BUSYNESS AGAIN!!!! They just lost a client for being a rip off!!! read more

Buyer beware. This business uses predatory behavior to gain memberships. The clerks tell you it's for only one month, but the memberships are recurring and it is practically impossible to cancel since the customer service is non existent. They should be ashamed! read more

I previously posted a bad review and was not able to edit it. Busy Bee Car Wash and the office staff handled it quickly and easily when I went to the Bird Rd location. Thank you everyone and sorry about the first review. read more

I like coming here because you can use their vacuums for free before you wash your car. However, sometimes it gets full and there's no where to park your car to wait for an open slot. It's also a little complicated if you go in and there aren't any slots open due to the small amount of space. If you decide to wash the exterior of your car once you exit the conveyor belt you must be very careful because it leads to a busy street (Bird Road). When you do have the chance to park in a slot to use the vacuum they do offer various free amenities. Some of these include two types of vacuums, a rug cleaner machine and they even offer the wind wiper liquid for free. As for the car wash, I believe it does a good job especially for it being so affordable. Definitely a good place to go if you are trying to get a quick wash. read more

My car got severely scratched getting into the car wash and it isn't the first time this happens, I paid the first time to fix it and get it removed as it wasn't so severe but the second time around it did a lot more damage and I had to file a report. So far management team has been very responsive but until further notice when they help fix this issue we'll see if I'll still be a loyal customer to this busy bee, I've been coming here for years going out of my way instead of going to my local car wash as to why I put two stars instead of 1. Very disorganized. We'll be posting updates to see if they resolve this and we're trusting they will. read more

SCAM!!! These people are STRAIGHT UP stealing money! I went in, paid for a car wash, but as my car passed through, there was no soap, no wash at all. My car just passed through. So I went back around to let them know, they shrugged it off and sent me through again. Same ordeal. Then they close it up for about 5 mins, claim it's fixed and let me through again, after the same thing happened, I called over the worker. He told me this is happening to everyone and to figure out what's wrong he'd have to call a manager. I'm sorry, what?? So I'm supposed to just deal with the fact that you have a broken car wash? The worker was annoyed when I requested a voucher to come back. But the worst part of this whole thing was that they were still running people through the car wash. STEALING people's money when they know good and well that the wash is not working. It's just wrong. read more

This is not a "fresh water" car wash. Even though they filter the water its still recycled dirty water.

The set up once inside is ok. Vacuum with good suction, windshield washer fluids, and carpeted floor mat cleaner in a canopied bay. There were no bathrooms or a place to sit down for other passengers that are not cleaning the car. The biggest negative is the entrance and exit is awkward. Because of the median on bird road you can only enter and exit going westbound. I only use this location when I am in the immediate location. read more

Three stars because whatever, free vacuums. I'll never wash my car here again because my car never ends up clean! It's always still DIRTY. Like, they even have someone when you're entering the car wash with a pressure cleaner and that doesn't even do anything. Also, it's not a brushless car wash so imagine the damage being done to your paint by the abrasive brushes. read more

I don't not recommend this car wash. I went once and once at the car wash I was informed for an additional $5 I could use it the car wash for 30 days. I come to see a charge on my card and when I call to ask what this is about they said the promotion was $5 for the first month and they would not refund because it was explain on the kiosk but when I initially went the women who help me was the who was working the kiosk. When I called company they said they would not refund because it was said on the kiosk and they are not responding for what they lady told me about it only being $5 for 30 days. At no point was I ever told I was going to be enrolled on a membership or that I would need to cancel to not be charged. Horrible customer service. read more

Because of it's Bird Rd. location, it's set up so that you vacuum first, and then run your car through the machine which leads you out back to the road when everything is finished. B. you can get your car scrubbed and run through the machine for $5 So basically your car can be totally clean for $5!! I've been going to Busy Bee for years. It is until recently when I purchased wheels ( Vossen rims) For my car that unfortunately I have to wash the car myself in the self service. The drive through car wash has this rail / track system that mistreats the wheels. There's always someone waiting for you to help you center you tire on the track. They seem to just want you to ram your wheel in there until the track straightens your car. Instead if them carefully looking if the wheel may hit the Metal track they just tell you to keep going. I have done it a hand full of times, and today I actually got a tiny piece of my tire sliced. This is not something I can claim to them because I'm sure they will state that it's not their fault and that I can't prove it sliced my tire minimally. That's for the negative which takes one of the five stars off. Now for the positive 5 stars. There is a manager that has been there for years. Couple years ago I dropped my iPhone in the wet soapy water in the self wash station. The manager found my iPhone and asked if it was mine! Huge points for his honesty!!! I do like to wash my car, as I see it therapy for me to clean my mind and organize some thoughts, as I details and am able to vacuum for free. Over all great! But I wish they remove that track system that has damaged my wheels and tires. read more

Some fruit debris fell from a tree onto my car so perfect time to check this place out! Getting the $8 service (might as well clean the wheels getting rid of brake dust). I used to love these car washes as an kid, going into a tunnel being blinded by soap, getting attacked by monster tentacles. It was a trip. The result: it did an OK job getting most dirt off the car, it did a great job getting all the fresh fruit debris off, and it did a good job with the wheels, nice wheels. Where it fell short was the leftover over dried streaks of what looks like soap and in some areas a film of dirt I can wipe away with my finger. Not the best job ( and I usually pay much more and expect super clean), but it certainly was the quickest (less than 5 minutes) and only $8 to get rid of this acidic fruit debris that last year damaged my clear coat when I did not promptly wash it off. It's a good value and friendly staff. It's hard to feel 4 stars because of the quality of the wash and certain spots missed, but also how much can you expect from only spending 5 minutes of your time for $8? I'm torn and for now will stick to 3 stars even though super convenient as mentioned above reasons for coming. read more
