I heard this place had fried quesadillas and I ran straight to them hehe! The menu is simple but it's truly some of my favorite dishes, especially at parties. My expectations were high. Because honestly these are simple but delicious items. Service was gracious and friendly. They provide a decent and clean eating environment. Tables were clean and plenty of stools for groups. In my opinion, the thing that seemed to be lacking quite a lot was seasoning. The tortillas looked and felt homemade but were quite bland. The texture was there but the cheese and salsa needed salt. I think salt could have solved this easily. I love salsa but they were not spicy or flavorful, and no true distinction between the red or green. Though we all love a generous serving, a little less cheese and sour cream could do more for these items. I felt they overwhelmed the Flautas. The Flautas are sold in 4 only. I wanted to try both the quesadillas and Flautas and was lucky to have people with me to share all the food. $20 for 2 quesadillas, 4 Flautas and one can of Coke was actually quite fair. read more

Parking: the Lennox library parking is right next to where the food truck is parked. We grabbed our order to go and parked there. They have parking on the street if you are lucky and find one. Payment: they prefer cash payment Food: they have vegetarian friendly options such as mushrooms, or rajas. Rajas are strips of poblano peppers that are cooked and not spicy. I ordered two quesadillas with rajas and the cheese was delicious and plenty of filling. They add a green and red salsa for each person and red salsa had a quick which was perfect. My husband tried the chicharron and tinga de pollo quesadillas and said they were delicious! Staff was friendly, our order was ready within 15 minutes for everything was made to order. They have chairs and tables available with a canopy so you can wait for your order and even eat there. It was clean and a good set up so overall would really recommend.
