Just sold my 2nd bike to El Patron Harley. More than a fair price and hassle free. Much easier than dealing with all the scams and hassles. Great bike! Get there and buy it quick! My loss, your gain

My son at el patron buying his frist new harley! Thanks to the staff. And most importantly to George Guerrero aka "Tonka".

El Patron Harley Davidson The staff was great. Especially George Guerrero aka "Tonka". He was on top of everything, financing option, knowledge of the product, and recommendations for break-in period. Also product selection is great. Highly recommend by me. Walt

Great shop, that really took care of me right before my ride to Yuma. Daniel was super helpful and communicative through the process. Got a set of tires and brakes done. Thanks also to the mechanic who did the work.

Though not as large as some of the other Harley Davidson dealers in San Diego county, their parts and accessories seem to be better stocked. They had several parts in stock that other HD dealers would have had to order for me and their clothing/accessories department has a much better selection as well. Derrick at parts is like a mind reader anticipating my needs and answering questions before I could even ask. A little miscommunication about a part I had purchased ended up being a blessing in disguise. He showed me the advantages of the part I had vs the one I thought I wanted, though he was willing to do whatever I wanted to make me happy. He also advised me on performance parts I was considering with no pressure, again just trying to educate me so I could make my best decision. Their parts and performance displays are well done giving me many ideas on what I may do to my Harley. All the the ladies I met at their clothing and accessories department are super friendly and helpful. They were quick to check on any style, colors and size I was looking for. Their helmet selection is some of the best I've seen, not only carrying a lot of helmets but helmets of higher caliber than most other motorcycle dealerships I've been to. If you own a Harley, this place is worth a visit, regardless of where you may have purchased your Hog.

My whole experience was amazing! Kevin in sales was super knowledgeable and helpful in finding me my dream Harley. His people skills and broad knowledge made picking a bike so enjoyable without being overwhelming considering I'm a first time buyer. He was also super connected with riding groups and insurance brokers to help get me started! I'm so excited to get into riding and customizing the bike to be my own. A special thanks also to Chris for his help on the money side of things :) overall I highly recommend this Harley Davison dealer for all your motorcycle needs

Quality of service received was outstanding and i want to thank Brad, and Thomas!…read more Brad you were absolutely amazing, thank you for helping me pick the best toy for my husband, after being at the store every single day before father's day lol you were very patient with me and he absolutely loved it! I told them I needed a little time to move money around and they tried to convince me to just finance it for now anyway. Implying if I didn't, I obviously wasn't a serious buyer and they'd sell the jetski I wanted to someone else. Then told me it's difficult to get more of them... As if BRP isn't in the business of selling jetskis. Strange considering Fun Bike Center has plenty of them, and never tried any of this crap with me. Why would any educated person want to ding their credit with an inquiry and a new loan when they intend to pay cash? The sales manager (at least I think that was his title) scoffed at me when I asked if the deposit was refundable. "Why do you need to know that?" he asked. As if any reasonable person wouldn't ask that question. Maybe these tactics work on teenagers buying dirt bikes, but trying this on a 40+ year old is totally ridiculous. Needless to say, I walked out. A manager followed me and gave me a sob story about how that guy is going through a bunch of stuff and hasn't had much sleep. Basically tells me they are a family business and don't use shady tactics like that. Okay, so WHY is he here? Why not send this guy home so he can rest and not piss off your clients? It's also worth checking out this Facebook screenshot I included. Their employee refers to dealer junk fees as "BS fees" when he's trying to unload a product. Yet, miraculously, they don't mind charging fees they know are "BS" with every other transaction. Oh, but we discounted the MSRP so BS fees are okay now! That's called a bait and switch. Amazing. Go to Fun Bike Center instead please. Bought a Seadoo Switch there 2 weeks ago, and I'll be buying my Fishpro Trophy there very soon. They've never once made me feel pressured into anything. Incase you can't read the fee in my photo, it's $2999 for a "setup" fee.

Javier had the right bike at a great price (I shopped all over). It was a cash deal, so everything went smoothly and seamless. No surprises. Saw the bike, made the deal. The next day I rode it home.

I've given them 3 tries (for three different BASIC orders) and I'll never go here again. Preface this review by saying I called in and they confirmed they have a non model specific part in stock. Very basic stuff! First time I called in for an oil drain plug. Give Cleetus my year, model and he said they got em in stock. I drove 40 minutes one way, guess what? No parts, but he offered to help me Frankenstein one from Home Depot. Guess he didn't know there's a magnet on the plug so I leave empty handed. Second time I called in asking for the rubber squishy mounts for a motorcycle windscreen. Not model specific but he says they have something that'll work. Same old BS, I waste 80 minutes on a roundtrip to find his uneducated moron trainee who's useless. I leave and buy elsewhere. Third strike is today. I call in again and give Manufacturer/model/year for a plastic fairing bolt. These ARE NOT MANUFACTURER OR MODEL SPECIFIC! Dude says yeah we got them in. Same old BS but now gas is $6/ gallon so the trip cost me $20. I get there and Dipshit McGee says the guy I talked to is out on a break for a few hours, he doesn't have the part and doesn't know how to order it. So in these dumb MFers think I'm supposed to hang out in the parking lot for a couple hours until someone that knows their ass from a hole in the ground comes back? I was looking for a plastic push bolt for a 2017 Yamaha tenere. Yah know where I found one? My wrecked 2004 Suzuki gsxr. These plugs are universal and parts store moron said he doesn't know what it is? This place pays for the youngest, dumbest folks they can find. Really sad. Imagine going to Home Depot with a 3 inch screw and the guy asks who you talked to that said they're in stock?! That's how dumb these guys are. Amazingly stupid and useless.

I bought the bike but the battery was no good from sitting. They did honor the battery and gave me a new one but we had to install it ourselves. We needed to get the bike towed to North County they set us up with some guy I consider a clown with poor reviews they set it up I paid for it and that he didn't zip up the saddlebags and damaged the rear fender. I reached out to the dealership and got nothing but the run around from the salesman. I even sent a letter to the owner Glenn Bagge who didn't even bother to contact me. He just pawned it off on the tow company he used. He didn't even have the courtesy of helping with a solution. If I owed him money he would have been right on it. This goes to show you how he feels about customers once he has the money in hand is my take on him. Please note we never took the bike it went straight from the dealership to North County. I have all communication texts and letter to and from Indian of El Cajon and the tow company and video as well if anyone would like it posted.
