This place is so delicious! The meat is seasoned perfectly. I typically get the steak tacos, however I got the fajitas years ago and think about them all the time they were delicious. The staff is very nice and warm.

    Al pastor and steak tacos!

Delicious food! We started going there during Covid and been there ever since. Small business and tacos are great!

A last minute pick up for dinner turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Family owned atmosphere without much of a line. Friendly customer service and very quick food service. Good quantity of food for the price of steak tacos now-a-days. Would revisit and try other menu items.

I went here for lunch. I wanted to check it out since I hadn't been here before. When I got there, the restaurant wasn't busy at all. There were two people seated at one of the tables and the manager/ owner person was hanging out with them. As I entered, I was greeted and asked how I could be helped. I told him, I was there to pick up tacos to go and I just needed a minute or two to check out their menu. Then manager proceeded to tell me what kind of tacos they offered and what specials they had. I chose to get three tacos on corn tortillas (al pastor, carne asada and pollo) with everything on them. I was told to wait a few minutes while the food is being prepared. The restaurant was clean, the menu had a good variety on it and the prices were reasonable. Most tacos were $2 each. There was one that was $2.55. The service was good. After having the tacos, my reaction was I could've had way better. Neither of the three tacos were any good in taste. Average taste would be the best level for them if that. The pollo one was the worst. No flavor or good taste. Even the green and red sauces were crappy. Their hot (red) sauce wasn't even spicy at all. It was salty and sour. I was pretty disappointed. The food wasn't good at all. Well, at least I experienced it to know not to go back here. There are other, much better taco restaurants nearby.

Everyone was so nice and the food is spectacular! I got the breakfast omelet and it was delicious- you have to try the green sauce on it!

Great food, quick service, and authentic! And Delicious!! I recommend the chilaquiles con carne and the tamales are the best in the area!

The green chicken tamales were decent. A little dry though. The red posole was pretty good. But I had to ask for cabbage and cilantro. I feel that should just be standard when ordering posole. The salsa that came with the chips, seemed like it was just tomato sauce with some cilantro thrown in it and jalapeño seeds to give it a little spicy effect. *side note* -When I used the restroom, the toilet would not flush. I peeked into the tank and there was no water in it. **As soon as I stood up to leave the restaurant, my head felt really strange and I felt dizzy and I was extremely shaky. I had my husband drive and then I ended up puking 6x's in 30 mins. My husband didn't get sick. He DID NOT eat the cabbage. Only I did. So I feel as if something was wrong with the cabbage or I was "poisoned". Because I was completely fine all morning. Then 15 mins after eating my posole, I got sick. My stomach didn't hurt. It wasn't cramping. My head just felt very tingly and weird. Then I was dizzy and almost seeing double. After puking 6x's, I finally got home and everything was fine. I didn't eat anything else that day.

    Michelada

Came in on a hot day just for a drink end up getting tacos and a Michelada and I was not mad about it. They did the lengua tacos very well. They weren't rubbery like how most places have them. Michelada were the best. It was sweet and spicy which made them perfect. I would come back just for the Michelada.

Authentic, made to order fresh and delish! The steak tacos are my fave . They are very friendly, don't mind special orders and have excellent service. Always very clean and way reasonable price for the amount of ingredients they put on everything. Bonuses include 9 am opening on weekdays and 8 am on weekends & Dollar Tacos on Wednesdays. Highly recommended!!

He must have been on the phone with his dad or mom because he said he had a customer and ended with an "I love you". All good. But I stood there long enough to hear that all play out, waiting to order haha. Anyway the funnier thing was he said "I'll have it to you in under 20". Which I thought was a funny way to phrase when my food would be ready. Like this could be a comedy bit almost. Usually you try to instill confidence that food will be out right away, not establish an upper limit for the time frame haha. Whatever, it was a kid. Also it took 21 minutes (per my receipt time stamp vs watch) The serious part tho... food review. 1. Jibarito was 7/10. Decent flavor on the steak but lacked a bit more. I wont blame the sogginess on the restaurant, it was a long drive home. I put it in the air fryer later. 2. The rice was salty - and I usually like salty. Also more wet and compounded, while also being a little dry like it was from the bottom of the pot? It's hard to explain, but I didn't love it. I wish it had more peas and maybe some pork and less seasoning TBH. 3. Maduros was my side - it was good. 4. Beef pastelilos - 7/10. They were the puffy kind, but more hollow than I'd like - i.e. meat to air ratio. But they were overcooked. I could taste the burned-ness of the dough and it didn't sit well. 5. No tostones - they were out. but a funny story is about 5 mins into my waiting another worker came in, so I could hear them talking in the back. The prior kid said something to the effect of "oh we are out of tostones".. "but I can figure something out". Like it was possible to make... the tostones... which weren't available to me at the time of my ordering... I kind of had a "hell naw" moment, but decided to suppress it. Net net, I ate half my jibarito because it was big. I could not eat anymore rice because it was too salty. And I had one pastelilo because now I'm full. One suggestion - make some pique. I asked for some hot sauce as I received my order and all they could offer were generic packets of what is probably louisiana style hot sauce. I want that habanero pique!!! I think it'll help, at least cut through some of the salty TBH. Also work on the service and timing. 20 mins is too long for 1 jibarito and sides. Thanks!

We ordered some drinks (no one got alcohol) and some appetizers. We got the Low Carb Yuka Fries and while that is not my bag, they were good. I was pleasantly surprised. We also had the roasted red pepper spread, which everyone enjoyed. Two of us ordered the Ultimate Steak Sandwich. I opted to removed the caramelized onions. The other person let them on. I also removed the garlic herb sauce but replaced it with a chimichurri sauce. That really kicked it up a notch and was good for dipping the fries in. They're fresh cut fries, so they were good on their own, but the chimichurri again kicked it up a notch. We also ordered the chicken bowl, the avocado salad, and the Greek style lamb chops. We all loved our food and were too full for dessert. It's a quaint little place, cozy for intimate conversation or a night out with family and friends. I think the night was made a little more fun when a couple came in and was seated at a counter height table and were making out all night. It was a lot and gratuitous. The table next to them were visibly uncomfortable and that made it all the more enjoyable to witness. Dinner and a show. Who knew?

Are you seriously expecting this to be $50 meal for four? No way. There are many places you can get the same thing. Every time I've gone here, I've spent good money that I worked hard for, and have had great memories in the process. If you're expecting a simple Mexican restaurant, this is not your place. This is high end and very busy. Make a reservation, call in advance to make sure it's set. OpenTable is used by many restaurants, so you can't blame this restaurant for OpenTable's mistakes. The Los Tres Huastecos was PHENOMENAL. The Camarones Calavera was really fun to watch, experience, and eat. I don't drink, but my family loved their flashy drinks (the Deseo was their favorite). They made sure my father felt special on his birthday with a sash, a custom menu (which we requested for in advance with our reservation), and most servers took a moment to say happy birthday even when they weren't serving our table!! Chris was a fantastic server who despite being very busy, did a wonderful job with his service. I won't defend a place for no reason; I truly had a wonderful time that deserves its praise. I research everywhere I go, so obviously when my paycheck hasn't cleared, I'm not going here. But you also wouldn't go to Fogo De Chao or Hell's Kitchen and expect it to be as cheap as my burger at a Chili's (which I love as well). (Also for the comments about the guac, I do agree, but I've also seen the same size portion at other chains for the same price. *cough* south of the boarder *cough*)

We went all in and ordered one of the giant shareable drinks for our group of six. It was definitely worth it for the experience, though a bit light on alcohol given the size. Pro tip: order a round of shots too--they serve them in this awesome airplane presentation, which just adds to the fun. Food-wise, everything was really solid. The octopus was a standout--perfectly cooked and super flavorful. The only letdown was the salmon; the portion felt a bit small for an entrée. Overall, great vibes, fun presentation, and a perfect place to celebrate with a group. Would definitely go back for another occasion.
