I had the tasting menu, which was creative and unique, mixing local ingredients with top-tier presentation and technique. It also seemed easier to book than some of the other Michelin-level spots in CDMX, which makes it an even better find. I don't understand all the bad Yelp reviews dissing it. my experience was excellent from start to finish. If you're looking for elevated dining that highlights Mexican ingredients in imaginative ways, this is one of the best options in the city.

The lowest-price ones are pretty average but once you get into the 300-400 gram steaks, it gets pretty damn good. Nice atmosphere, attentive servers. and good prices compared to getting further into the city. We live 2-3 km from the restaurant and come here every few months. There's another steak house diagonally across from here that's also pretty good. maybe slightly higher prices, but I don't care for the "cave-like" atmosphere. Directly across the street is also a very good restaurant: more traditional Mexican fare but very good.

I asked what were her favorites and she suggested the taco costilla cargada and the taco arbanus. We started with the taco costilla cargada and holy cow, our minds were blown. The meat was decadent and perfectly topped with matchstick fries to provide texture. We now had to try more tacos and ordered the arbanus. This turned out to be my favorite, the lamb paired with the tahini sauce was a playground for the palette. We also tried the mole poblano which was also very good. The salsa and toppings bar allowed you to customize your tacos with salsas, lime, and onions. Definitely a must try in the market!
