    Tacos

Had a great taco lunch. Ordered three different kinds and were happy with them all. Coming back and trying the juice bar Don't blink cause you may miss this place since it is on the entrance ramp to the highway for puerto aventuras going towards tulum

Fantastic and super cheap roadside tacos! They cost less than $1 each and are super fresh and there is shaded seating. Great stop on the way to/from Tulum.

Veggie taco and mushroom taco. I added onions and green salsa

My favorite taqueria in the Riviera Maya! Very good & authentic street tacos. I love this place because of all the interesting and unique taco fillings. If you are headed south on 307 toward Tulum you will take the Puerto Aventuras exit, go straight, through the round about & there it will be 1 or 2 storefronts down in the right side. There is parking right in front. If you do not get off at they exit you will miss it and not even see it while traveling on the highway overpass. So, it's kind of like a secret place almost because you have to know about it to find it. It is a taco stand and juice bar with several tables to sit at. There are several different taco fillings (egg, beef, chorizo, and chicken mixes as well as shrimp). There are also vegetarian/vegan options including mushrooms, cactus and vegetable mix. All are laid out in front of you behind glass counter. First order how many tacos you want & a drink if you want & pay. Next the taco maker will ask you if you want rice(arroz) or beans (frijoles). Then say or point to which filling main you would like (1 per taco). They have several sauces, onions, cucumber, lime that you can add to your taco after it is made. For 6 tacos & a coke our tab was 87 pesos or around $5. There is also a juice/ smoothie bar. I got a very large papaya, strawberry and banana smoothie fro 30 pesos, again under $3. They close after selling out so you never are sure what time they will be open till. If you are hungry and passing through it is definitely worth a stop for a quick bite. We try to go at least a couple times when visiting the area. I highly recommend it.

Great taqueria. All sorts of different foods to put in your taco (mostly pork, chicken, vegetables) and a big line of excellent salsas. Perfect for a stop in between Cenote visits. I wish they had fish, too, but the cochinitas, mollejas de Pollo, chicharron, Pollo con salsa Verde were all excellent!

    Breakfast!

Initially the menu items didn't throw me I didn't want fried shrimp I'm not a big fried shrimp fan, I didn't want ceviche I want to tacos. I had to acquiesce and get the shrimp and coconut taco. I also got The fish ceviche tostada. These items were amazing. And, I mean amazing. I thought it would be shrimp with coconut flakes on a taco, no it was not it was battered shrimp with coconut better deep-fried and then put on a tortilla and as simple as it was it was amazing. The fish ceviche was equally good and refreshing I couldn't say anything bad about it tasted exactly like I thought it would and it was beautiful looking. The service at taco Paco was equally as good they were kind of fast and efficient. Although I do miss the traditional Carnitas taco and taco la lingua I really enjoyed my fried shrimp tacos. As they were the best fried shrimp I've ever had.

The special was Coconut Shrimp or Fish (note: there are only fish options available any day) My husband and I both had the Coconut Shrimp tacos. Battered and fried to order and two large pieces of shrimp per taco. Homemade hot sauces range from 'sweet and spicy to super hot', cabbage cole slaw, pickled onions and jalapeños with mango serve as your toppings. A must visit for local eats! Cash Only!
