Visited from a short ways of our Mayan riviera resort. After walking around the whole port area before hitting the beach most of the surrounding spots seem Americanized so we were looking for a spot that was Authentic & this was the spot. Our server gave excellent service, I was looking for something off the menu & it was exactly that he delivered: the mouthwatering shrimp aguachiles ($220 MX) very delicious especially after adding their habanero salsa, one let down that I didn't mention was that it didn't come with avocado and when I asked about it he did mention it. I still enjoyed my meal but it was missing avocado. The guacamole is delicious. The habanero salsa has a fiery kick but a must try w/ their house made totopos. Must have margaritas that are v potent. You'll be feeling it 1/2 way down if not sooner! There's a restroom available inside we chose to sit outside, in the shaded area and got a look at the dolphins. Definitely satisfied our authentic cuisine cravings. My friends really enjoyed their ceviche & shrimp cocktail. No complaints.

We loved Dos Chiles. Prices were moderate compared to some of the other restaurants bordering the promenade around the dolphin pools, it was colorful, service was not rushed, our dish of Pancho VIlla combo plate had crunchy chips, fresh pico de gallo, great tasting cheese, a generous amount of chicken, and the hot sauces were terrific (it all put American style Mexican food preparation to shame), and, although we felt that the owner was trying to put one over us with our bill, he did rectify the issue in the end. We will come back if we are in the area again.

Fantastic food fantastic service everything was incredibly fresh. The guacamole and mojitos were amazing. For lunch they cooked up fish we caught ourself and it was fabulous. What an amazing experience. Jorge is the best of the best.

Dos Chiles was the last place we visited in the Marina, but by far the freshest and best taste and balanced food in this area. Wishing we started here. Giermo was delightful and full of smiles and enthusiasm. Fair prices to boot. Don't pass up this obscure place for the others with more flare.

Took my family to Dos Chilis and thought it was the best value in Puerto Aventuras. Food was great as was the service. Drinks were good too.

Initially the menu items didn't throw me I didn't want fried shrimp I'm not a big fried shrimp fan, I didn't want ceviche I want to tacos. I had to acquiesce and get the shrimp and coconut taco. I also got The fish ceviche tostada. These items were amazing. And, I mean amazing. I thought it would be shrimp with coconut flakes on a taco, no it was not it was battered shrimp with coconut better deep-fried and then put on a tortilla and as simple as it was it was amazing. The fish ceviche was equally good and refreshing I couldn't say anything bad about it tasted exactly like I thought it would and it was beautiful looking. The service at taco Paco was equally as good they were kind of fast and efficient. Although I do miss the traditional Carnitas taco and taco la lingua I really enjoyed my fried shrimp tacos. As they were the best fried shrimp I've ever had.

Found this little place just a couple blocks away and we were delighted with our experience. From the young man who took our drink and orders, to the señorita who attended to us (never letting dirty dishes linger or a glass go empty), to the woman who brought our check, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We ordered way too much food, well, because everything sounded so delicious. We were used to the all inclusive restaurants who serve tiny portions, knowing you can order as many more as you like, so we may have outdone ourselves! The prices weren't super cheap as this is a resort town, but it was still way less than we would have paid for anything similar back home. Fresh mussels, shrimp stuffed avocado, amazing ceviche, salad and even a pasta dish (forgot to take a picture of that). We may wander this way again before we leave in a few days. Well, I know boyfriend is going back for sure for the dark beer (only place around here he has found any)!
