I'm kind of wary of your average side salad because it's usually just a cheap filler with Iceberg lettuce and tomatoes. The version at El Marinero was made with fresh Romaine in small pieces, topped with house-made salsa and thin avocado slices. This came free with the shrimp, folks! Amazing.
