El Alambre #2 is an unassuming food truck in front of the Foods Co on 14th. There are two small tables with two seats each in front of the truck. One can also do their grocery shopping at the Foods Co and grab lunch from El Alambre. I highly recommend you try the quesabirria and consome combo. I truly believe it's the most tastiest quesabirria and consome in the state, if not, the country. The service is also fantastic. No complaints there. I will update my review with pictures when I inevitably get it again. Please do yourself a favor and give the quesabirria and consome a try when you can.

My go to spot for a quick cheap tasty eat. I've been a long time regular for the last two years and the food always lives up. If you want a DANK quesadilla filling enough for a small family for $13 this is the PLACE. I usually get quesadilla or torta. birria des res is best, then al pastor, then carnitas. You can always ask for avocado in the quesadilla and ITS FREE. Always do good, place is amazing. Salsa is pretty good and they are always nice and friendly.

I stopped by for a regular carne asada burrito. The rice, beans, and pico de gallo were all actually very delicious, and I would come back for a veggie burrito! The carne asada had a more chewy texture than I like.

Finally a good spot to grab tacos. We ordered some regular tacos, birria tacos, mulitas, and quesadilla. Everything was amazing. I loved every item. I ordered through doordash and was still impressed. I would like to go in person and try their burrito!

I doordashed a birria taco and the chicken quesadilla and both were SO good - the birria taco had such a flavorful sauce, and the perfect combination of crunch and chewiness. The quesadilla was packed with cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo, and well seasoned chicken. The portion size was also huge and enough that I had leftovers for a second meal!

Stationed right next to the FoodsCo parking lot, this Taco truck is a bit inconspicous. Despite the location, they had some good tacos! You know it's a good spot when you see people get in line again for another taco

Hired them for our son's birthday party in the park.

Look no further! Miguel's El Alambre is the perfect taco truck for events. Lots of great things that I can rave about with them. To begin with, the food is really yummy! We've had a few guests mentioned that their carnitas was the best they've ever tasted. The quesa birria was oh so tasty as well! As far as convenience, choosing them is the way to go. You can mix and match food items to customize the menu that suits your event. Response time with communications is also on point. Miguel was super easy to talk to and he made sure that we were happy with their services. Really content that we went with them. They made the food part of our event as seamless as it can be. Can't ask for more!

Oh man what can I say, definitely the beat!! I'm used to the Taco Trucks in Oakland but these bad boys are good! Birria tacos....love them.

A few people were already in there eating, and we know this place is good, as a few others in our group and I have been here multiple times. The Taqueria is typical of any other, with bench-style chairs for folks to sit on, a water station, and workers cooking it up in the kitchen. I wasn't too hungry, so I grabbed a Super Lengua Taco, while my friends grabbed burritos, we ended up grabbing 3 complimentary chips and guac/salsa with our order and the food came out pretty quickly. When I saw my Taco I forgot how much they stuffed it and wow, two of these would've filled me up just like a taco; there was so much Lengua that it kept falling off after every bite. The flavors all came together and I scruffed down the whole thing after about 6+ bites! Definitely a place to come to if you're looking for a full meal, or something to snack on!

Crunchy with shrimp and a creamy cabbage and the chicken redolent with lots of fresh cilantro, it was the first time I had a red taco. This will be my go-to always. My son had the crunchy red burrito ($15.75) with chorizo, crispy cheese, sour cream, pinto beans, guacamole and pico de gallo with a horchata to drink. On a Saturday night in the Castro, this corner of 16th and Market is already poppin' with area bars so while they'll rush out with your order curbside, my son dashed in for speed. Super friendly service, cute cafe tables for dine-in, Tacos El Tucan is now on the dining circuit. Love this spot and it's close by, too. Open very late on Saturday night 'til 2am if you're partying and craving drunchies.

The line was quite long wrapped around the block but took about 25 minutes because people come here sit down and they eat and leave pretty quickly because the lines are long. The staff here are very friendly, but please make sure you accommodate because there is a lot of people waiting in line so I'm not saying eat your food fast and leave. There is benches and tables which make it feel like you walked into a Hispanic home as well. The Strawberry Horchata and mango Agua Fresca is really good 10 out of 10.

This place is famous for their burritos and especially the "Dorado style," which tastes amazing -- BUT what they don't clearly disclose anywhere is that the Dorado style burrito is cooked in pork lard unless you specifically ask for it "dry" or with vegetable oil. As someone who does not eat pork for religious reasons, finding that out after already eating there was honestly really upsetting. And the frustrating part is that there is NO clear sign or disclosure telling customers this. If I never asked, I would have had no idea. I actually still like this spot and appreciate that they at least offer a dry/vegetable oil option if you ask, but customers should not have to investigate ingredients themselves to avoid pork. Jewish, Muslim, vegetarian, and other customers deserve transparency. A simple sign or note on the menu saying that Dorado style is prepared with pork lard by default would solve this issue completely. Great food, but this absolutely needs to be disclosed better. One of my all time favorite spots in general.
