Lunch special menu as of 10/2022
    Melissa R.

I removed one more star because the service here is just poor. The food is tasty and the lunch specials are a great deal, but every time I come here, they are so slow and not attentive to the customers. If they had a higher standard of service, I'd come here more often, because it's my neighborhood.

    Absolutely delicious

Everything we ordered was delicious Absolutely great food and wonderful service ! Ashley our server was the best server we've ever had. Continue the great service and delicious food. Like Arnold said " I will be back "

Ask for cocktail prices. These foos act like they're running a mixology bar.

Se pasan de lanza. Que me ven cara de quien o que. Cocktails were not worth the price. Waitress upsold us on the margarita, felt super dishonest to be friendly to our faces and charge us this much for a simple margarita with "silver" tequila. Wild.

    Michelada and fish taco!

It has been several years since I've come to this restaurant. Honestly it was due to a bad experience , but the family wanted to go today, as it was one of my loves favorite place! We celebrated her heavenly bday and it did not disappointed. It was clean and remolded inside , lots of tables and booths to choice from. They serve you chips and salsa. We all enjoyed a Michelada and if come by, you must try. We enjoyed Traditional Shrimp cocktail , fish taco , shrimp taco, aguachile, chicken fajitas and asada tacos.

    Shrimp soup

To start with I have been coming her for about 15 years. I will admit the prices and amount of shrimp has changed but, the quality has not. Shrimp soup is my favorite. For 8.99 you get soup chips tortillas and a Salad bar. The shrimp soup has fresh veggies and about 9 large shrimp in a red broth. They serve the soup with onions, fresh lime, and cilantro. The chips made fresh are served with 4 salsas. They have a full bar stage and do a brunch on the weekends. several TV's for the sports fans.

Order n pick up oder lines usually long wait times on the weekends.

Aguas Chiles Tostadas and the deep fried fish meal with a bucket of 6 domestic beer bottles is more than enough for two people. Sundays the place is packed with locals watching football games. The atmosphere usually loud with music playing in the background.

Descent food. Service was good. Music is way too loud but if you go see live mariachi bands play, fun place to go.

Everything came out fresh and packed with flavor. The tacos were loaded with perfectly seasoned meat, topped with fresh onions and cilantro, and paired with some seriously good salsas. The grilled veggies and sides were just as good, and even the beans were on point. You can tell they care about quality in every bite. We also grabbed some drinks and everything complemented the meal perfectly. Portions were solid, prices felt fair, and the overall vibe was just great. The inside is small, enough for a few small parties-with a cute little patio outside. I wanted something more unique than everyone else's tacos. They serve theirs with pickled onions, which adds a lovely freshness to it. I had an asada vampiro...there is a lovely, almost Smokey flavor to the meat. And no gristle! I also had the chicken chulada...it was unique! The chicken was salsa good, not fatty, which is imperative for me! I also got rice and beans on the side, my husband said the beans were just like his grandmas! I'll be back for sure!

The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and exactly where you want to be on a hot summer day. The seafood was incredibly fresh and refreshing. I ordered the campechana kora, and my husband had the Aguachiles, both were absolutely delicious and perfect for the heat. What really made the experience special was the staff. They were so kind, patient, and welcoming. My husband has been practicing his Spanish, and instead of making him feel self-conscious, they were incredibly encouraging and sweet with him. Parking was easy to find, which was a plus. The ambiance was casual, relaxed, and family-friendly. They have multiple TVs throughout the restaurant, and during my visit, they were showing a soccer game. I always like it when a restaurant broadcasts sporting events, even if it means the place sometimes gets very packed. I was really looking forward to trying their shrimp ceviche, but to my disappointment, they had run out by the time I arrived. I decided to go with my backup option instead: the camarones a la diabla. Camarones a la diabla is a dish consisting of shrimp cooked in a spicy red chile sauce. This restaurant also serves it with rice, toast, and a side of vegetables. As the name suggests, the shrimp are supposed to be spicy. As a spice enthusiast, I'm always on the lookout for the best spicy dishes. The shrimp were cooked well, but they had a sweet taste. It almost seemed as if they had used ketchup in the sauce to tone down the heat. I'm honestly not a fan of mixing sweet with spicy, at least when it comes to protein. The vegetables that came with the dish were soggy and flavorless. The rice was okay but could have been better. The toast was pretty good, it was buttery, garlicky, and crispy. Overall, this dish wasn't bad, but it also wasn't the best. The service during my visit was good. My server was attentive and helpful. He frequently stopped by to check if everything was okay. Overall, this experience didn't turn out exactly as I had expected, but it wasn't a bad experience by any means. I might return one day to try their shrimp ceviche.
