Took my money without processing my order and still haven't received any call or emails back almost 5 days later. It was pretty much my last 40 bucks til the next pay period in a number of days still. Will never suggest them again. Used to be decent years ago. read more

They could start with being honest. They picture products on their website that they don't have. They ship what they say is it. Then they won't answer the phone when you call them to ask to return it and it takes them days to answer an email. I contacted the Fair Trade Commission and they said that they have heard this before about ejuice direct. They won't give me my money back yet. They are reshipping the wrong products back to me. read more

My first time on the site I made a order, but Everytime I clicked to finish it, it said to check my details so I did it multiple times. Come to find out every single order went through, I only wanted 1 order and not 5. I've been calling continuously just to get no answer. I've made multiple emails just to get no answer. So far I don't have a confirmation code for my purchase or proof in the order history ect read more

Do Not buy from Ejuice Direct! This is a scam. I ordered ONE vape juice and they gave me a receipt for my order totaling $40.85. When I checked my bank account they took $40.85 out 10 times. Stealing a total of $408.50 from my bank account. Their phone number goes directly to voicemail and they do not return any emails. So there is basically no way to get in contact with them. I still haven't received the product I ordered. I pray karma comes back to bite them all in their ass!! read more

The customer service is horrible. I've contacted them on multiple occasions for different things. Such as when will they restock some of there product. Where's my order? So on and so forth. The money I save from ordering four bottles at a time is not worth the headaches of trying to figure out if Ejuice direct has the product or when the will restock it. So I've taken my business elsewhere. They are not the only local E Juice business that ships. Won't be ordering from here again. read more

I placed an order over $150 on April 17, 2025, for disposable vapes listed as in stock. After two weeks with no updates, I reached out to customer service, only to be informed that my items were unavailable--despite no prior notification. They offered either to wait for restock or receive store credit, but I insisted on a refund. Their response remained unhelpful, repeating the same two options. Phone calls always went to voicemail, and my refund requests went unanswered. They misled me about product availability and provided poor customer service. I strongly advise against using EJuice Direct--I've informed my network to avoid them as well. I will also be filing a complaint with BBB and reporting them for fraud. you can't just keep someone's money if you lie about having a product and then not fulfilling the agreement. read more

Got one shipped second no and can't contact and was charged. Never again will order from them

My credit card was charged successfully but I received no order confirmation and the transaction has been pending for almost 5 days now. Took 4 days to respond to my email and despite calling every day, no one picks up the phone. I cant get my money back and my order is missing. The customer service is awful, the website barely works, and I'm just screwed out of my money. Don't order from this company. I have a hunch that the good reviews are bots or the company posting themselves. I have filed a complaint to BBB, the state of Florida, and the state of California. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I ordered a Vape Kit from ejuice direct that was not working properly. Once I sent it right back to them they said I dropped it and that's why it didn't work. Totally false. It didn't work out of the box and they blamed me and said I couldn't get a refund or replacement. They still have not returned the broken one either. They're customer service is trash. If you call too much they stop answering the phone. Order at your own risk!!! I'm out of $80 of my hard earned money!!! read more

have been waiting since may 21st for my order. it never showed up. Trying to get some one on the phone is a joke. Finally got a email back from someone. said I had to wait and see if it showed up until 6/4. still not here and now they have to "approval process" so I can get a refund on things I paid for and 1. never got and 2. they are saying are now out of stock. very convenient if you ask me. I will never buy from here again. total scam. I doubt I will get my money back. read more

Worst place to deal with. They sell bad nic salt juice and when called out about it, they want to say it's a taste choice. Never ordering from here again. read more

I wish I would have checked the BBB complaint list on this company before buying from them. Other resourses include Sitejabber and TrustPilot. You will find there shipping details are WILDLY inaccurate and unreliable. Im more than two weeks in and my item does not even show as shipped yet, even after contacting them 3 times. read more

Used to be a great company but they have fallen hard now. I will never use them again and would recommend you also look elsewhere if you ever want to receive what you order from them. The past few times I have ordered have gotten worse every time. I have been ordering from them for over a year but no more. It has been 3 weeks now for my $200 order with no timeframe on when/if I will ever get it. Every time I ask they just send canned responses that are no help. They just blame everything on the PACT act just like they were blaming everything on Covid before. There are many other reputable companies out there so do yourself a favor and pick anyone but these guys. Update 11/15/21 Still waiting on order or at the very least a time frame on when I should even expect to see the order. Still just giving me the same canned response of we are doing everything we can but the PACT act is causing delays. So tired of everyone uses excuses instead of just owning up and either shutting down or finding solutions. If you are unable to ship out with the time frame on your website then update your website and say so. Tell people they will have to wait for a year to get there goods while you have already charged they card and really just stole there money since you have no plans on really shipping out the product. At the very least you should update your website and say this is at least a 2 month delay in shipping and we will not charge your card until the order ships out. This would at least allow me to believe you are a legit company trying to work with the difficulties of todays times. But instead you just say you shipped the items and then send me to a fake tracking site that shows no useful information and I am 99% sure you are just trying to steal as much money as you can by still taking orders in, charging card and never shipping anything out. Shame on you and I am sure you will enjoy our own personal place in hell when the time comes for stealing peoples money. Please look else where and help shut down this scammer site by never ordering from them again. read more

Want to give huge kudos to all the staff! I live in NC and happened across eJuice Direct website about a year ago and the selection is amazing, ordering is simple and shipping is fast. I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered from them several times and the last time I did receive the wrong juice and they refused to send the correct once or send me a return label to send them the one they sent in error on their part. All I got was cold emails pretty much saying I'm stuck with the wrong juice. I had to go back and forth with them via email 6 times instead of just saying how can we fix this as a company whoever I was emailing pretty much told me too bad you don't like it send you pay for the return label and if you don't like rush oh well. Worst customer service. Shouldn't you appreciate the customers who chose to buy directly from you than buying it from 100 of stores located near to them. Rather than retaining/rewarding those customers, your customer service manager decided to upset the customer to a level to made him write here. I requested to talk to a business manager too, but she was so egoistic to direct me. I have been ordering online for long now. I loved the product, but will stop from today just because of your WORST customer care. read more

This is the first time I have purchased vape juice online. They have a better selection of vape juice than any local vape shop. I had to change my shipping address so i sent an email and my request was handled immediately. I was finally able to find flavors that just arent available at my local shops. I had been settling for flavors that had one of the elements I was looking for but not all. Now the sky is the limit. Okay I just had to update my review because the ladies that work the front are AWESOME and very personable. I was just in my feelings 'cause their hours of operating didn't coincide with my schedule. But the ladies up front are so nice and the prices are great that I just keep coming back. Everything that I've purchased so far have yet to disappoint me. Everything has been above expectations. I have been purchasing from EJuice Direct for a few years now. Best prices, selection and exceptional customer service. I've only had 2 issues with my orders in 3 years. First time my package open during shipping and was missing the content. They replaced everything immediately and I received 3 days later and just recently I couldn't open one of the bottles. We tried everything and they answered all my emails and sent suggestions. Again they sent me a store credit for the bottle. Other companies could learn from them. Hands down the best vape shop, online or brick and mortar, and I will never shop anywhere else. read more

They used to be decent. Not anymore unfortunately. It's been two weeks since I placed my order and I don't even have an estimated delivery date. I will never order from this company again. Because of new laws covering mail order vape products, vape companies can't use USPS. But, really, there are a lot of shippers who do a fine job. Apparently, ejuicedirect is just too cheap to use them. I've never had a problem like this with any other vape company. Never again. read more

I have ordered from this company in the past and had a great experience. However, the order I placed over 3 weeks ago still hasn't arrived, so I contacted their customer service. The response was rude, and I was told to either keep waiting or I would have to file a claim with their shipping company for a refund. Why should I, the customer, have to file a claim with THEIR shipping company? Well I did as I was told, and the shipping company responded to say that they never received the order from eJuice Direct. The shipping company then processed a refund for my order, but only for the product itself, and NOT the $14.00 shipping cost that my credit card was billed for. Why should I have to pay fourteen dollars in shipping for an order that I never received? I sent a message to eJuice Direct with this question but they are not responding. So I was forced to file a claim with my credit card bank to dispute the charges. What a horrible way for a company to treat its customers! I will never order from this company again, and recommend that everyone else avoid them as well, unless you want to lose money for an order you may never receive. :-( read more

Came across this business while looking online for coils for my MOD that nobody in my area seems to carry. Not only did they have them but they have excellent prices on my juice as well. I just ordered from their website for the first time a few nights ago. I was a bit skeptical at first because some of their prices on juices seemed too good to be true. I ordered three juices and now, three days later, they have arrived just as advertised. I don't write reviews often, but this business definitely deserves a good one. I will definitely recommend and continue to use their website from now on. read more

First reviewer?? Just placed my order so I guess will see how this goes. 5 stars I guess I'm optimistic lol (I'll update) So it arrived in two days to Denver so great shipping the package was nicely a packaged with peanuts and each bottle in its own little bubble wrap bag but one of the ejuices had leaked out about the equivalent of 3ml more of a mess then loss of juice. You could tell its messed up from how the dripped is angled to where it's touching the side of the glass. Still keeping the 5 star review I don't blame them for not catching it. read more

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. On top of that, I made an order 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it.

They have decent prices. Way better than a local vape store. However Everytime I order with them they always wait a couple days before putting my products in the mail. Then I have to wait another day or two to receive the product which is kinda a buzz kill. I'd recommend premiumvapesupply.com. They have free 2 day priority mail and a great selection. read more

Great selection of juices, great prices, fast shipping! I've only ordered from them twice, but I'm happy with every purchase. For example, I ordered something Friday morning and received my juices Saturday (the next day) afternoon. Can't get any better than that. My friends have ordered from here as well, and it's just as fast. One friend in Texas ordered something on Monday, got to him by the end of the week. Don't hesitate, buy juices from here. read more

I will never order from this company again. I have been ordering from them for the past few years, but since they have had to change their shipping carrier a whole lot has changed. I placed an order on Oct 20th and they didn't ship it till Oct 25th and now its Nov 16th and I still haven't got my order. I have contacted ejuice and the carrier both. Ejuice just sends me an automated message to contact the carrier. I contact the carrier and they didn't' respond to my email until like the 4th email. When they did respond they told me that they couldn't say when I would get my order and if I would get it. Evetime I check the shipping it the expected delivery date changes to the next day or gets pushed a few more days out. Ejuice hasn't been any help and don't act like they ever care. I spend over 200 dollars every time I order from them, which is usually monthly. I will be finding a new way to get my juice. They have lost a customer. They should have chose a better carrier or at least be willing to help their customers. read more

Ejuicedirect is an amazing online vape store. By far the fastest and friendliest customer service reps. I had a minor issue, no more just like a loaded question. They came through with an amazing response.i couldn't be happier. IF YOU ARE A VAPE PRODUCT USER EJUICEDIRECT.COM IS THE WEBSITE TO USE!! I have not been paid or encouraged to leave this review. I purchased quite a few items from EJuiceDirect over the years. I currently am DONE with them after this last order. I phoned them on the 16th of July 2021 after it was reported to me that my credit card information was not only used for the purchase of my juices, but also someone there decided to make two purchases using my debit card information to Spectrum. Spectrum had no record UNDER MY NAME. However, the only person(s) who had this card information was EJuiceDirect. Almost $400.00 was stolen from my card. DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD WHEN ORDERING. The female I spoke with Friday, said "We take this seriously and will report it to their fraud department". She said someone would be calling me back. Never happened and they do not answer the phone today. What a coincidence. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I'm done!!! read more

Piss poor customer service. Unwilling to correct a shipping error on their end so I will no longer give them my business. The woman I spoke with was exceptionally rude and couldn't care less about fixing my order. If they are going to charge $8 for shipping that's fine........however they need to send it the proper way (in my case FedEx) so it would be delivered before I leave town for a week. Instead it's going to take over a week to travel 1 state over and is now going to sit in my mailbox till I get back. Hopefully it doesn't get stolen. read more

Just like other people here if you're not satisfied with a purchase and you let them know they will not care if they loose you as a customer. I tried to ignore it but won't be spending my hard earned money with a company that doesn't even value their loyal customers. They act like they are the ONLY E-Juice company on this planet & we should be grateful that they even serve us. Well keep that attitude and everyone should go to Freedom Smokes they treat you like royalty. read more

I ordered off of their website online on April 29th. A few days ago I realized I did not get any shipping info and it has not come in yet. Which is fine bc i understand everything is crazy right now. So I email just letting them know that I have not received shipping and asked how long it usually takes to get shipped out. I never received a reply but I received a email stating my order has been canceled. Still waiting on my money to go back into my account but I never canceled my order. I've tried calling their customer service line and it literally says "your call has been forwarded to a voice message system" and none of my calls have been returned. I wouldn't be too annoyed if stores were open but what can I expect from a page that has such little amount of reviews. Definitely will not be recommending this company to any of my friends. read more

First I would like to say, I have pretty much enjoyed the last two years that I have been shopping with them. I have spent a great deal of money purchasing products. I have bought one defective product! This, I would normally not get so disgusted about but considering the response from the customer service that I received regarding this product, I hate to say it but I will take my business elsewhere and will no longer recommend this site to my vaping friends/family. eJuice Direct offered a coupon for the price of the defective product without regard to the taxes and shipping costs which doubled the price to purchase a replacement. They also stated that it was the only credit I would ever receive as a customer. So, if I purchased another defective product, they would not offer another credit. I would have gladly sent the defect back to them (the day that I received it) to prove that I was being honest because there was no way that I could have had time to cause this defect. Excellent customer service would have offered to replace the product immediately and even possibly sent a return envelope to send the defect back to them. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE COMPANY! I have just used the coupon for the replacement and paid double for the product because the shipping is so high! It is the last purchase I will make with them because I do not care to play Russian Roulette with products that may not work and are not replaceable. read more
