When I called to ask Dr. Earls more questions before scheduling the exam, I was told she was with a patient - she never called me back. I called back a week later to ask for Courtney, who never seems to be in the office, and again was told Dr Earls would call me - she never did. After 3 phones and tomorrow being THREE WEEKS, I STILL have not heard from their office AT ALL. Today I called a final time and was told by the receptionist that it wasn't "a doctor day," that Courtney isn't in, and then told that Dr Earls would be out ALL week for Spring Break (NOT what the receptionist originally said). I'm obviously being given the run around, and after spending close to $1,000 for their overpriced glasses and sunglasses at my last appointment. Dr Earls is excellent...IF you can see her in person. She doesn't return phone calls, neither does Courtney, apparently, and the receptionist doesn't seem to want to help pass on messages, as she gives the run around when explaining where the two primary employees are at any given time of the workday. After years with this company, and already being frustrated with the high prices, this was the final straw. Our family will be finding an optometrist and eyeglass company that respects and corresponds with customers in a timely fashion. I DO NOT recommend DePoe for these reasons.

The glasses were an additional $210 on top of the other fees. They only have high end frames so just be prepared or don't come at all. Just buy glasses online fam. In this economy outrageous. The people were nice but I was not expecting $330 price tag. A redeeming quality was the service. Everyone was kind and explained what was happening. I mostly have a gripe with a lack of transparency within the medical industry.

Instead, they said that they had management approval to have me scheduled with another doctor, but I was not allowed to see the original doctor because it was counted as a no-show. Continual shaming. Making me feel like I was untrustworthy and my integrity wasn't worth anything. To make matters worse, the office manager never called me. I promptly canceled my other appointment with the second doctor because I wasn't "good enough" and "worthy" to see the original one. Being shamed and being treated like you are a liar is not a type of relationship I want with an establishment.

Debbie did a terrible job. 5 weeks later and I look like I got no Botox at all (she said she did 51 units). She hardly looked at me when I came in and Asked if I wanted the "same thing as last time" when 1) I've never been to her and only been to the Warner Robins location once and 2) it was over a year prior when I went. So no, I don't want the same thing. She also asked how many units I normally get and when I told her she said "oh, wow". Terrible bedside manner and incredibly unfriendly. I will never go back to her.

Botched: Dr. Groves read another patient's medical file and…read moreinserted the wrong size implants. Prior to the surgery, I authorized Dr. Groves to implant one of three sizes. I did not authorize him to deviate from the operative plan. During surgery, Dr. Groves reviewed the wrong patient's file. He then inserted a size far different from any authorized size. In the operative note he wrote, "I felt this was the correct size for her." Six days post-surgery, at my first post-op appointment, Dr. Groves acknowledged he had reviewed a different patient's file. His exact words were, "I looked at the wrong note. I looked at the wrong sizes. So, it was all on me." Because of his malpractice, I had to recover from one botched surgery knowing I would have to undergo another surgery and painful recovery. I am happy to discuss my experience with anyone considering undergoing a procedure.

I was given the option of having a Covid test and I had it done and thankfully it was negative for all ailments. I left with 4 prescriptions and instructions to come back for a follow-up visit (at no cost) if I didn't feel better in a few days. I've used this facility about 3 times and have been very happy with the care I received and I would recommend them without hesitation. Certainly better than waiting in an ER for something that can be handled by an urgent care facility.
