I try to call them all the time. 8 out of 10 times I leave a message, and hardly ever get called back. When I do talk to someone, they sound inconvenienced to be talking to me. I've just cancelled my next procedure and will not use them or recommend. First impressions are lasting and they can't get it right to save their soul with three tries. I've left a message to brandy clearly which I was told by lashalle is the office manager. My impression with that is if the office staff is rude and uncaring then the office manager is the same.
