Very rude dr at times. Doesn't have no patience with disabled people. Doesn't use gloves , and office is very small.

This review is for Next Level Fitness in Hannibal, NY, serving Fulton, Oswego, Mexico , Syracuse…read moreand all of Central New York. Started by three friends from the Fulton area, Next Level Fitness has literally changed lives! With classes at 5 AM and 6 AM on weekdays, next level offers classes to meet everyone's schedule. Whether it is for $5 a class or for a monthly fee, Next Level has weigh-ins, personal coaching and calorie awareness to help get gains for its clients. Still another perk of the monthly rate is to be able to do workouts at your leisure because the instructor is streamed and recorded to not ever miss a day for home use. Inside a spacious pole barn where socially distanced grids are set up and a plethora of anti-bacterial hand sanitizers, masks and other supplies are readily available. Located at 12 Harold Drive off of Route 3 between Hannibal and Fulton, this is a place where if you have the will, they will show you the way! Great job Ashley, Erin and Hollie! You are changing lives by offering a comfortable place to make gains no matter where you are, you can still go far!!!!

You will get an okay to good work out, depending on the day and trainer. The classes I paid for…read morewere the small group training classes. This means that there are 3 people per class. So you do get a personal trainer experience, however the workouts are not consistently good. Also, when I attended this gym there were times that the trainers were late. One time the trainer was 15 minutes late because he had car issues. I understand that things happen, but when you are paying 50 dollars for a 45 min class...15 min is worth more than a couple of bucks. He did not even mention a reimbursement or tried to make up the 15 minutes we lost. Lastly, if you decide to go to this gym, please read the fine print and check your credit card statement. I noticed they charged me a 30 dollar enrollment fee that was not mentioned anywhere in the contract. I have asked the owner to reimburse me since October and he still has not. Just a heads up if you decide to go to this gym.

A year ago, after losing 90…read morelbs, I wanted to focus on my fitness and strength, as well as figure out why I always felt tight around my neck and back. I ended up enlisting in private 1-on-1 training with the owner, Chris. From the start Chris was able assess that my posture and mobility needed improving. He set me up with exercises and dynamic stretches to help me. As my form got better, we started incorporating more strength exercises. A year later, my posture is 100x better than it was, my neck pain has disappeared, and best part of all, being strong and fit has become part of my lifestyle. I've gone from being able to barely do 5 pushups to doing 15. I'm stronger, I'm leaner, I'm more flexible, and as of late, I feel like my body can accomplish more than it ever has. I give all the credit to Chris for his guidance and patience in teaching me how not only lift using proper form, but in how to work on the best exercises that increase my mobility and ability for years to come. This experience has been a life changer. In addition to the 1-on-1 one classes, I've occassionally attended Redemption's group classes which are incredibly challenging, thoughtfully planned, and really fun! I feel so fortunate to have some a valuable resource in my neighborhood.

I write my first review to assist this business in process improvement and consider improvement for future customer experience. For business travel to Boston, I used this gym as an adequate alternative to hotel gyms. The equipment is 30-40 years old and in the 20 Months I intermittently used 2 locations, no improvements to equipment or facilities were ever made. This fee is misrepresentation to increase aggregate membership fee income and not to offset improvement expenses. When cancellation is handed to the staff,, management claims they did not receive it, argues with you (saying it's like car insurance) and suggests it should have been sent by certified mail to confirm receipt in an attempt to delay cancellation. I believe this continuation of ACH is as intentional as the Annual Improvement Fee Misrep.. To be fair, I just dont think the manager is given the autonomy to make a sound business decisions regarding accounting credits for refund. The staff is great (except for the little guy at one location with crooked hat working out and asking members to return to the scanner to scan in), so the environment is good for most users. Members are generally there to workout and sharing equipment should not be a problem. There are other choices, of better overall value, because of the poor management and misrepresented fees within a 4 minute walk. I will be using Boston Sports Clubs and GymHub on my future trips to the area. Maybe, this gym will have improved its processes, has actually made some improvements and a notary isnt required for cancellation soon

It was just merely sufficient, and with nothing else in the area, you have to settle for this place. 1. Not that clean. Nobody has ever taken a paper towel and Windex to any of the mirrors in this entire place, neither in the weight room or upstairs area. The weight machines and floors under them had years of dust. The chains have cleaning people clean these areas. Women's locker room sort of gross. 2. Equipment is decent, you'll get a good workout in, all the major machines and weights you need, they have. 3. Towels are nice. 4. I was on the fence about staying. Then one day when no one was around, one of the male staff members scolded me in a rude manner about a rule that was posted nowhere and was not "a general gym rule" I've ever heard before. I cancelled that day. If you need something in this immediate area, I think this is your only option. Glad I don't live near here.

My trainer was Melanie, and I like to tell people that she wasn't only my trainer, but also my spiritual guide. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was healthy physically, but also mentally, and that did a lot for my confidence. I enjoyed the first 10 sessions with her so much that I signed up for 12 more. I also took a Strong by Zumba class and it didn't have anything to do with Zumba, but I loved it all the same. This is a fantastic gym that is well equipped and well-priced for a place in downtown Boston.

The pass lets you try 30 classes at participating gyms in the area. So Women's Fitness was my first try! The location was convenient - heart of downtown Boston off the red line (Downtown Crossing stop). The facility is in the basement of a building but very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful - showing me how to use a locker and where all the equipment was. The Tabata class itself was fantastic - I had never done it before but it was TOUGH. A great 45 minute, high intensity cardio and weight-training workout. Angela, the instructor, was very encouraging and motivating. Can't wait to come back and try another class (or maybe another awesome Tabata class again!).
