When you have the front desk being unprofessional and discourteous to parents, this impacts your access to the Doctor, quality care etc. Sadly, I would not recommend this practice. Great Doctors, but if you can not access them due to the horrible, unqualified staff that try and make decisions that should be left up to the Doctors. We want to entrust the utmost level of quality and care for our precious children, if you want that, look elsewhere!

I've been experiencing increased symptoms associated with diabetes (to which I have both a maternal and paternal history of this diagnosis). I called to request bloodwork to rule out the condition. I spoke with two individuals--I was told they couldn't see me for 1-2 months, because time has to be open for "sick" patients. I wouldn't be requesting the appointment if I wasn't feeling sick. The woman then went on to say that I've only been there four times since 2018 (I'm not sure how that's relevant?). The reason, of course, is due to how difficult it is to get an appointment. As a result, I've generally gone to urgent care when I have a cold, etc., as I know I'll be seen in a reasonable amount of time. My PCP is Dr. Rosen, who I've only seen once (my first visit), every other time I've been with Dr. O'Brien. Both doctors are very kind. I am a Psychologist; regardless of how good I am, clients must be met with respect by the staff that is the first point of contact. They are a representation of your practice. I will now be changing my primary care physician. Highly recommend that office staff receive professional development in effective, compassionate communication.

I had gone to Blue Bell Family Practice for a severe illness and had been misdiagnosed to the point that I had to be hospitialized over New Years two years ago. I should've known the Dr. wasn't "all there" when she showed up in a two-sizes two small track suit, chewing gum and not being able to ask me questions about what was truly ailing me. Yikes! A friend of mine suggested LMG Family Practice, specifically because their office is on the corner of 73 and 202 in Blue Bell - a 2 minute drive away. I got an appointment with Dr. Charles Kish - within minutes, I was hooked. Dr. Kish treats me like I'm an individual, he looks over everything, he's thorough and when I bring something up that needs attention, he never looks at me like I'm wasting his time or that I'm crazy. Recently I was diagnosed with arthritis at age 34 - he never said "Oh you are crazy, you are too young," especially as I have other underlying factors that pushed the arthritis. The front desk staff is also truly great. Robin (Office Manager) and Sarah (RN) are always helpful and get me in when I need to be seen. If ever I have a question, they are quick to call back, get information or get me referrals. I have truly found an office that cares. Thank you LMG!

Staff was very rude when i asked them about it, whispering to eachother about how i keep getting my appointments pushed back thinking I can't hear them. We have been taking my now 11 month old there since he was born. When we took him home from the hospital he was dehydrated (orange in his urine) from not getting enough milk (my breastmilk wasn't in yet) and I called the Hatboro Pediatrics emergency number up crying (first time mom here) and Dr. Amoia immediately calmed me down and told me what to do. AND she called to check on him the next day. So great. Since then we've been there countless times for well check and sick visits. They listen to all your concerns and check the child thoroughly. You can also call the office with any questions you have. I have called many times since I'm a worrier. We had to take my son to the ER for dehydration from the flu and they called the next day to check on how he was doing. We had to take him to the pediatric urgent care another time when he was sick and again they called the next day and wanted to see him. I love this practice. I feel comfortable with my son in their care and know they know what they're doing. I recommend them to everyone, in fact a few of our friends and family recommended them to us. I honestly give side eye to anyone who takes their child to any other doctor.

I went in person with my daughter's records and they said they would not see her due to her age. She is 16 soon to be 17. They basically told me she is too old and they didn't want her as a patient. Yet she is too young to go to our family practice doctor. She is still a minor. Very disappointing! Maybe they should start saying they are accepting new patients under the age of 16!
